Absolutely needed package today. Tracking said it would be delivered today. Package wasn't delivered, and now I have to wait over a 3 day holiday weekend to get it. What's the point of tracking numbers when they're inaccurate?
Amazon is crushing you, USPS.

Whomever my mail person is they are very unprofessional when delivering g packages. They leave them in the MOST noticeable place just 2 feet from a wall that would hide all deliveries. Where is the customer service anymore?? This is SO frustrating. It would take no more than 1 second to just place them in a hidden space.

Here I wait on a beautiful Saturday at the end of a line of 17 people ! ONE PERSON WORKING! Went to this one person, asked if she could call for help. She said that person was on LUNCH!!! This P.O. is only open for a few hrs on Saturday and they take lunches? SERIOUSLY ⁉️⁉️ This is the WORST P.O. in Salt Lake County! Don't come here unless you have 45 minutes to wait !

This is the worst usps office I visited.
There are over 10 people waiting, but only one staff member works on her business.
I'm waiting for over 20 minutes, but still one staff member working.
I really hope the usps can send more people to work at the front desk.

Never get your mail held at this location. They managed to lose the one package I knew was coming while I was not there to pick up my mail and all they could tell me was “sorry, sometimes stuff gets lost or misdelivered.” Now I’m out the money I paid for the item, plus the shipping. And because of the unique nature of the item, I can’t just go buy another. Useless.

Quite possibly the worst post office of all time. Clerks are least bit helpful, and slower than sin.
Have had multiple packages that have been delivered and expected from the PO Box & is not there.
Have even asked the clerk, and showed them my package was delivered alert, they check the back & it’s not there. My partner who I share a PO Box with goes in only a couple hours later ask another clerk and they find it after a few requests to look around.
Showed up minutes after closing the office, and expected an overnight package to be in PO Box by 6. It was not there, however there was a stack of boxes over 6’ tall on the counter & I could clearly see my package nearest to me and the clerk demanded I leave and come back tomorrow. However this package is expected to be overnight pickup in the PO Box.
Another government service absolutely screwing over us civilians. Do better.

Quite possibly the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a post office. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me but she was so lovely and helpful.

Good customer service, very friendly and attentive workers, I have used this post office more than 10 times and I have always had a good experience.

They told me they can’t print out digital USPS shipping labels, it was pretty funny.

a package says was delivered to lockerbox. Called and got a research ticket put in. After talking with the postal carrier they called back. I was unable to answer a call so they left voicemail. Voicemail said "We talked to the guy. He doesn't really remember. However, we feel CONFIDENT. That it's going to show up. So I'm going to close your ticket. "...it never did delivered. Also it had been insured...so not sure how that works.
