I have had a wonderful experience each time I go in this branch, the staff are always polite and helpful and I even when it's busy and hectic they are happy and willing to help me accomplish whatever I need to do! Great location and a great team! Thank you for what you do!

This post office since october has re-keyed our work mailbox like 4 different time because we was not getting our own mail and nor was anyone else in the building we literally just started receiving consistent mail, go out today to check it today and they have a different company name on our mailbox AGAIN . Are you kind me !!! Who is training these people this is pure crazy never in my life have i had such issues.I hope they figure out who needs to be fired.

Unbelievably rude employees!! I pay a decent amount of money for a stupid PO Box that my key wouldn’t open. I spent 5 minutes trying to get the dumb thing open, to just be snapped at “We are closed!”. Really lady? Can’t even take 2 whole seconds to look up my info? 3 minutes after closing! What a joke!! I used to be a state worker and would have never turned someone away 3 minutes after closing, even more so that I was already in the building before closing!!!! .. she confirmed that she’s nothing but a inconsiderate & rude grinchy federal employee (not the first time I have had the joyful pleasure of interacting with her snotty attitude 🙄)
But hey,
thanks for the lock change.. didn’t even have the courtesy for a heads up letting me know that it actually had been changed or how much it costed before changing the lock.. was super impressed as well with my paperwork for the box being “misplaced” they had my Box tagged with someone else’s info/paperwork, which is wild to me.. makes y’all look put together and nothing but a clustered mess with peoples paperwork just floating around god knows who’s hands it possibly could end up landing in.. 🤦🏼♀️

The say they delivered a package but it never arrived. When I called USPS they said "oh yeah that's wrong. We say we delivered it, but it was just scanned before went out and never delivered. It shows we still have it but we can't provide any status on it or push the delivery through or find out why it was delivered"
The USPS is absolutely useless. Just having all deliveries go through Amazon going forward. I hope USPS gets shut down.

It’s after 5pm again and no mail. It would be nice to get proper service without the hassle. The mailman is also rude. If you happen to open your door after hearing him throw your fragile package on the porch, he said go back in and give him more time. Wait more time does he need and what rights does he have telling you what to do at your own home especially when he can’t deliver at a decent hour.

I’m genuinely disappointed with this postal office, I don’t really know what to expect from a post office. But I do not think my experience should be one like this. I have had two packages lost, and when I went there to try to get it sorted out, they were no help and they were rude and they acted like they were better than me.

This is the location I go to & I really enjoy being helped by the ladies who work here they are very nice. BUT lately I’ve been getting helped by a clerk with the name MIKE & he is honestly such a horrible person. The times I’ve been helped by him it’s such a horrible experience. As I am in the line at the post office I literally pray that I am not helped by him.
