I can’t explain how nice they are and I mean it .
I have pickup at 6AM checked in at 3AM got a dock I took a nap for 3 hours woke up to a loaded truck.

Your package will sit until they are ready to actually start working. They don't do anything until they feel like it during business hours

Whenever I have a package coming in, this facility sends it to other states instead of midvale! This happens 9 times out of 10! FIX IT!

Live in an apartment post man is always putting mail and keys for packages in wrong box.

I was not having the best day and it did not get any better once I went to the post office and realized they did not accept walk-ins on Saturdays for passports. Not only that, but I realized that I filled out my forms incorrectly.
Darren was amazing and helped me out when he really did not have to. He was professional but most importantly, he was kind. My whole morning was turned around just because of his help and kindness and I appreciate him for that!

Paid for priority shipping but it still took a long time to get my package shipped to me because they took so long to get to my package

They never answer their phone and even though my address was correct they said it wasn't. Doesn't make any sense. My package was sent back that I was waiting for a long time. Anytime I have tried using USPS in the past it's always been such a horrible experience.

DARREN in the passport office is truly the best! he deserves a raise/promotion or more recognition for making our experience so easy going. my husband & I, plus our 4 kids (ages 5 years old & under) were well taken cared for by Darren & he was so patient, fast & understanding.

This place must hire some real idiots. I have a package that says it's coming on the 16th, it was in this facility on the 14th, it left and came back and hour and a half later then the next day they sent it to San Francisco. Supposed to go to Clearfield. Just there to collect a paycheck i suppose. Pitiful!!!

Refuses to help people over the phone I was trying to find where a package was and they kept telling me I can't help and hung up and when I requested they give the phone to another person they said no and hung up

Always takes a while to get helped, but the times I been there, always helpful and nice people.
