The staff here have no idea how to send a self addressed stamped envelope WITH tracking number. It's for my passport. And now I have no idea on where my new passport is. Do yourself a favor, go to professional USPS locations off-campus.

I was just visiting the area and staff here went above and beyond to get me an urgent package when I ran into a delivery issue. Fantastic service and management that are flexible and responsive.

Pathetic service, paid 26 USD for express 1 day delivery. But the employee "accidentally" forgot to give it to the mailman. They didn`t even recognize their fault at the first place, I called them for a explanation an employee just told me I don`t know. If you wanted to be treated like a normal customer don`t choose this place. WORSE SERVICE EVER

I should know better than use USPS to ship anything. Even when I pay for something to be two day shipping it takes at least a week, several phone calls, an online form that no one gets back to you with, and countless hours to track it down. Then it come way late and I don't get my money back. I now understand why it's going under. Worst customer service

Very conveniently located in the U campus store. Excellent for getting that last minute postcard mailed. Full service post office, so get your letters mailed here!
