I was sending an item out to get repaired which arrived in Salt Lake City and for over a week wasn’t getting delivered. I called numerous times and spoke with the employees who Were completely dismissive and did not locate my package. Even though it was on a truck for delivery and just never got delivered. They claim to have looked all around their post office and did not find the package. They lost a $500 item of mine and did nothing about it, Absolute garbage.

This place is rude. The lady tried cutting me off as I was talking and hung up the phone. Whoever was there Saturday, August 31st at 7:52pm MDT needs to be fired ASAP.

*This is not a full service usps.
This is a Subcontractor
The worker at the mail counter had a Harmon apron on.
Only shipping services available, all other usps needs will have to go to an official US postal office. There was only one worker working the counter with no line. The person helping me didn’t have the nicest attitude when assisting to ship a small envelope. Mail area was messy and trash everywhere.

Horrible service
How can there be only one person who took forever to attend to us and then he didn’t have a money order? And the other person was gone for lunch for 45mins, and for some reason he can’t get the other person’s money order- make it make sense

No ability to print labels, not a full service post office.if you've already paid for a label but do not have label in hand they will not help you.

Person behind the counter is nice, but they should probably post somewhere that it’s not a full service post office. I tried to do a Certificate of mailing, but they said they don’t do that at this location because they aren’t full service.
