This office great! I had certified partial coming to my address,and my Auntie answer the door who is a bit challenged, and some how told the carrier, that no name was that that address. When I looked it up it said sent back to sender. I express my urgency for the partial and what had transpired with my aunt to the gentlemen on the phone. He took my number and said he would get back to me.
I have to say the office went to work somehow stop the parcel from going back and delivered it the next.
Mind you all of which they did not have to do at all. But they did!
They are the best .

Carrier lied about being unable to deliver my package. Home all day working outside when message pops up unable to deliver. No one answers phones at facility

Went on a Tuesday afternoon to sign for a certified letter. Doors were open but the office had posted on their doors the real hours of human interaction. They close the office at 2 Monday through Friday. I would like to remind you that this location is at rhe salt lake city International Airport. Definitely not user friendly for the Monday through Friday worker.

There needs to be a package drop off box or letter box inside the terminal so you can mail things that are rejected by TSA. Seems like an obvious service opportunity. Other delivery companies should investigate it as well.

I have a piece of mail I am supposed to pick up from here, but they are only open from 11am to 2pm. That is ridiculous!!

I was refed here to call and ask for assistance because I hear they help. But the receptionist who answers seems to be no help n decides for herself. They told me call certain times n I call n they tell me they have no funds. To Call back next month and I call back they tell me they have funds Tonya will call me back. And I call again the lady tell me they don't have funds they can't help me. And the other funding is strict. It would be nice if they could set up properly so ppl would know what time n days to call.

We have not seen mail for 3 days at our business. We love our carrier she is awesome. But as a business that receives very important documents in our mail, it is ridiculous to be told that they are short staffed and weren't sure when we would receive our mail. Completely unacceptable.

Terrible, I requested a mailbox key over two months ago and still not getting it. I called over twenty times today but just pick up the phone and hang up. It's unbelievable for a public service facility to be so irresponsible.

Just the worst services, minimal hours and even when they're open you can't get someone on the phone, try to show up in person, their doors are locked.I've been trying to get a replacement key for the last month, finally got someone to say they would meet me at 5 today, never got a call, never showed up and now their office is closed.Guess I get to try again tomorrow.
