I recently had a very unpleasant and traumatizing experience at the Ridgeline Credit Union. Despite being lawfully identified with my account and in person to do a simple banking transaction, the employees reacted with extreme and hyper paranoid responses. I also believe they implied racial bias in some of the questions they asked me about my partner bank. They need to take accountability for causing such trauma.

Based on my friend’s recent experience, I would never do business with this credit union. They are extremely unprofessional! They are unwilling and unable to problem solve situations that arise, instead taking unnecessary and drastic measures that negatively impact their customers.

Ridgeline Federal Credit Union is the most amazing Credit Union! Employees are so kind, make you feel welcome and very appreciated. Missy words can’t explain how amazing you are. Missy is so kind, sweet, caring, and helpful! Ridgeline took a chance on us over 20 years ago when we were trying to build our credit, we’ve never forgotten their help. Thank you Missy for everything you do for us and Thank you Ridgeline Federal Credit Union for being an amazing credit union that always makes us feel welcome and like a person not a number.

I like this credit union but when I rejoined, I never thought I had been put on Windows 11 by the NCUA and it was not a pleasant experience for me.

Every time I've been in a branch I've waited an eternity and their employees are shockingly incompetent. Clunky online banking system. Bank communicates via mail despite boasting a robust online banking system. If you move away, close your account because it's impossible to get anything done over the phone.

We have had such a positive experience here. Years ago, they had faith in us when others wouldn't by refinancing a high interest auto loan for a MUCH better rate. This enabled us to pay off the vehicle early and build good credit. We have continued to utilize the services: my daughter and son now have vehicle loans here. They treat you like they actually care about you as a person and a member. They show you that they value your business by treating you with respect and kindness. Very efficient, organized and fast. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't do more business there: I wasn't able to have a trust account here for my company. Thanks UFCU!

I heard about them through my grandmother, she has had an account with them from when they started, and is always talking about how much she loves them. I have some credit issues that I am working on and was not able to have a bank for a few years. So my grandma called them to see if they could help me and my family get an account through them, I told her not to try because I have tried other banks before and they always say no. BUT, this time they said yes and they helped me get an account and a savings. I now feel like I can actually get on top of my stuff now. Not having a bank made things so difficult for my family and I, but now thanks to them I have hope.

I love this credit union. The customer service here is wonderful, and from the day I opened my account they have treated me like I was a member of the family. I have other accounts at Co-Op credit unions, and they are always so helpful when I need to make transfers from any of those accounts. They are friendly and helpful no matter what I need, and I just genuinely enjoy working with them. I am also a very big fan of their Christmas Club account -- you can put money in at any time, but can only withdraw during the Christmas season -- such a brilliant way to save for Christmas! They do lack some of the amenities that larger credit unions offer (there is only one location, open M-F), but they more than make up for it in customer service. I'll be keeping my account here for years to come.
