We bought an iPhone 14 and a gizmo watch. Paid cash. The agent was extremely rude and put out that we were there. He did not even open the boxes and help us set them up. He just took our cash and said here ya go. I asked to purchase a case and he told me to go to target in the same strip mall and get one there instead. So instead of yall getting the $60 I was willing to spend plus whatever a glass screen protector would be I gave target my business. We switched to Verizon due to my husbands job being on Verizon. We were with T-Mobile for 17 years and never had worse customer service than we did in your store. My daughter’s watch is still messed up and I can’t even add any numbers to it. Mine is the only one I can add. Can’t even add her Dad or emergency contacts. Flat out rude don’t care about his customers and very unprofessional. If I need help again I’ll find elsewhere to go and pass the word along about the horrible customer service this store offers. Word of mouth goes a long way. I brought up the fact that I should’ve just listened to the reviews about how terrible they are. I was told for every one bad review they have friends and family who happily give 5 star reviews haha. Totally jerk never ever will return here.

I took my 81 yo Mom to this store and this the WORST customer service I’ve experienced. We went in with a problem with her SIM card that has been happening since November. They didn’t say hello, they didn’t greet me us at all. I showed them the SIM problem, and they troubleshooted it, were baffled, and didn’t even offer a solution like a new SIM card so she didn’t have to keep taking it in and out of the phone eight times a day to stop giving notifications that says it won’t work. When they couldn’t find a solution, she asked, “Can I come back again if what you’ve done doesn’t work?”. Guess what they said to her? “Yes, if you want to come back and bug us.” This is how ridiculous the two men at the front of this store are. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN - you shouldn’t either.

Genuinely horrible service. Got the 5g home internet and it worked great for two months. Then verizon did an update and it stopped working for weeks. Spent days and days on the phone and they have attempted to charge me for to routers despite them admitting fault with the service. Every call seems to get things sorted, then next bill there's more new charges. Feels like an endless fight and such a waste of everyone's time. Gross.

We ordered an iPhone 15 and had it shipped to our house. Upon receiving the phone we went to this Verizon store to trade in our old phone and get the data transferred to the new phone. After waiting 30 min for someone to help us the Verizon Rep (Tyler) informed us it was $30 to transfer the old phone to the new phone. We said the last time we had this done there was no charge. They said it was a new charge for their service. We begrudgingly agreed to the $30 since we figured they will hook the phone up in the back and the transfer will take a few hours. After we paid the $30 they turned on the new phone and stated the transfer wirelessly and said we can come back later to turn in our phone.I said what did we pay the $30 since you didn’t really do anything. They said you were “paying for our expertise”.Don’t fall for this scam!!!

Too bad there’s not a 0 so I can leave an honest review.Verizon constantly tried to penny pinch their existing customers. We’ve been with Verizon for 14 years and every time their customer service attitude is “ i can’t help you with that” rather than “ let me see what I can do for you”.Even a supervisor told me that they couldn’t deduct the $40 auto pay discount and said we didn’t meet the deadline when it was an issue with Verizon not accepting our payment method.I let my wife talk to her “ if you can do $20 you can do $40 as a supervisor, we’ve been with you for 14 years and this was Verizon’s fault” and then she says “ you’re right, let me deduct that $40”.VERIZON DOES NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CURRENT CUSTOMERS. They only care about getting new lines and more $$$.

Kayela and Jose are incredible employees that have great control and presence in-store. They helped me with a difficult problem and got it solved with efficiency and great customer service. One more special thanks to Kayela, she was great to work with.

Title: A Saga of Frustration: My Ongoing Battle with VerizonLet me regale you with the tale of my harrowing journey through the labyrinth of Verizon's customer service. Picture this: I've embarked on not one, not two, but FOUR perilous quests to the Verizon store, all for the same infuriating issue. Yes, dear readers, my experience has been nothing short of a tragicomedy of errors.Oh, how I long for the days of consistent connectivity and smooth transactions! Alas, with Verizon, it seems that I have been cast into a never-ending cycle of disappointment and frustration. The problem, you ask? A simple matter of conveying my apartment number. An address, it would seem, that remains an enigma to the Verizon wizards who are entrusted with the mighty task of shipping me a functional phone. But wait, it gets better! Despite my valiant efforts to impart this elusive piece of information—my apartment number—upon every Verizon representative I encounter, my precious devices continue to embark on fantastical voyages, circling the postal realm indefinitely. Oh, the irony of receiving shipping notifications, only to have the phones return to their origin before they ever reached my grasp!Verizon's ineptitude in comprehending an address—comprising of a street number AND an apartment number—borders on the absurd. I dare say, even the most illiterate of pigeons could master this elementary task. Yet, Verizon's struggle with basic logistics leaves me questioning the very essence of their customer service prowess. Each visit to the Verizon store has been akin to stepping into a parallel universe, where logic, reason, and common sense are mere myths. The apathetic shrugs and vacant expressions from staff have become a cruel routine. Have I stumbled into a twilight zone where customer satisfaction holds no dominion? In conclusion, my entanglement with Verizon has evolved from a mere inconvenience into a saga of epic proportions. The sheer audacity of billing me for services I barely receive, coupled with the circus of phone shipments that defy the laws of space and time, has solidified my view that Verizon's customer service is nothing short of a grand tragicomedy. So, if you seek a dose of frustration and disbelief in your life, venture forth into the realm of Verizon. For it is a world where your apartment number becomes a myth, and the art of shipping is practiced with an air of bewildering incompetence.

There is definitely a disconnect between staff and customer service. Called customer service to see where I needed to go to replace a zagg screen protector. Was directed to the Sugarhouse location since it was a corporate location. Ironically, I was closer to the Zagg store but went where I was directed to.Got to that location only to be informed that they 'never' have honored the zagg warranty, but I could buy a new one at full price. Not really sure why that seemed like something I would be interested in doing besides the individual trying to upsale me. Sadly, I won't come back to this location due to this last encounter, and I had much more compassionate customer care at the location in Cottonwood Heights.

This place may use the scummiest business practices ever. They are continually attempting to charge me hundreds of dollars for mistakes made on their end. I was sent a free replacement phone from someone in customer care, and brought it in to the store for activation. The guy in the store said they were going to charge me $350 because their employee made a mistake in the paperwork. I’ll be leaving for ATT.

Exceptionally terrible customer service. Would not accept a trade-in that Verizon instructed me to turn in at store. Employees only care about you if you are going to buy something. After spending four hours with four different Verizon employees, I thought that Louie got things squared away? Today I got a sim card via FedEx. Why do y'all have to make this so difficult. All could have been avoided if the lazy salesman would have taken the phone when I drove 40 miles to take it to the store.

I would never go to this store unless you don't mind a bunch of scam artists, and thieves!!!!! I bought a "screen protector that was extremely overpriced and promised a warranty only to find out it was literally a piece of TAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND they don't offer warranties apparently. So now I spent $60 for them to poorly put a piece of tape on my phone that did nothing. I would literally recommend you go anywhere else at all, even walmart would serve you a million times better. The biggest lying thieves I've ever seen

I just bought a new S23 Altra online a few days back, and I realized some issues with my phone and bill. So, I made a list of what I needed done and, in a short time frame, later solved everything on the list. Now, I just need to get more familiar with my Verizon app.

Ben was super helpful adding a new line to our plan, installing the screen protector, and clarifying the costs. He was knowledgeable, candid and friendly. Made the process much smoother than doing it online ourselves.
