Eli was extremely patient with all my questions and made sure to take the time to explain what everything meant and what it does!! She’s an absolute life saver, I switched my phone from a iPhone 14 to the 15 max and couldn’t be happy with how I was helped and how sweet customer service was thank you again so much Eli!!!!

Felt scammed by Eli. Charged $39.99 for activating and transferring data. Fee was disguised as $118 tax for trade-in but tax also included $39.99 activation fee which I never asked for. Activation is easy I could have done it on my own like I had on my previous phones. I understand charging for service but she should not have lied and told me I was paying $118 for tax. Should have told me $118 included optional $39.99 optional activation charge.Verizon customer service told me Foothill Verizon is a retailer and that I should go to actual Verizon store in sugar house to avoid hidden fees.

I had a terrible experience the second time I came into this store! I had gone in because I wanted to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 15. The worker, Jorge, had placed the phone order. I came back a few weeks later with the intention of picking up my phone and leaving. He then asked me if I was on a time crunch and I told him I was. He proceeded to tell me that it would just be better to go ahead and set up my phone and get it out of the way. I come to find out that he had told me this because he wanted to charge me a $40 set up fee. He didn’t disclose this to me nor did he ask me if I wanted the help. I didn’t need the help so I took the phone from him before he started the process. I transferred and set up the phone BY MYSELF. He had told me all I had to pay was taxes. I looked at the receipt and the supposed taxes had came out to $133… he had charged me a “set up and go fee” of $40 which he never disclosed to me and I didn’t ask him to set up my phone. I then addressed the problem to him and told him that it was not right that he had charged me a set up fee if I didn’t ask for the help and asked for a refund. He then started to argue with me for 20 minutes while there were other customers in the store — very unprofessional. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager but the manager was not there. He then called his manager and did NOT tell the manager the real problem that had occurred. He made it impossible for me to try and get a refund and then told me “if you return the phone, it would defeat the purpose because you will have to pay a $50 restocking fee.”… as a way to try to get me to drop the problem he had started. He was not being understanding and was not trying to help me. Bottom line is, if you come to this store, DO NOT go to Jorge as he is dishonest and does not try to help nor admit that he purposely didn’t disclose this fee. If you come to this store, make sure you have Eli assist you. Eli was really kind, patient, and understanding. I came back a few days later to return the phone and get my refund and she made the process very easy. I am satisfied by the customer service Eli provided.

Unfortunately understaffed and the online stock finding tool does not work. Drove here after being told they had a phone which they didn’t. This wasn’t the staff’s fault at the store and they were helpful and apologetic.

Customer service was great until I was in the final steps of buying a new phone and they conveniently tell me they unable to sell any "naked" phones and are required to sell accessories with each device. Literally they waited until the last second to tell me this so I would be forced to buy something. I already had or had purchased everything I needed online so I just left the store empty handed because they actually WOULD NOT sell me JUST the phone. What a joke.
