I ordered a phone. Called them this morning, when I said I’m ordering the iPhone 14 pro max, they said “we haven’t started getting orders ready” but we will send an email when your order is ready. My question is why didn’t they know that phone is only a Demo ? They could’ve told me on the phone in the morning. Never received an email so I drove down there. When I got there , the workers were all sitting down , no customers. But I go in and say i’m here to pick up a phone , and they go “oh what’s the name “ once i said my name he goes oh that phones a DEMO. Why not call me so I didn’t have to drive 30 mins , when you guys weren’t doing ANYTHING.Don’t say this phone is available online at this location when all you have is a demo if you aren’t going to let the customer know.I have been to a lot of verizon locations and this one just wasnt helpful at all. I went to a different location afterwards, and they found that phone in stock at the nearest store, called the Manager to hold it for me. Wish this location did that.

This is our favorite Verizon location. The staff have always been very nice and helpful. I came in yesterday with a phone on its last leg. Julian came to the rescue. He was so friendly and engaging to every customer who came in. He was juggling myself and another customers new phone installs and handling pop ins as well. All with a smile.Julian is the kind of person you want in customer service. He went above and beyond to get ensure I was set up. I was very happy walking out of the store. I hope Verizon is treating him right and holding onto him. He’s a gem!

I thought the customer service was great UNTIL I got my bill. There was a special in May 2023 where if I turned in my old phone I got a "turn in phone discount" so I did that and I paid the difference... the idea being NO cell phone payments (because it should be paid off) Well, here we are end of August and Verizon is still charging me phone payments (charging me the amount of the"deal" for turning in my old phone. This is such a scam!!!This happened to me when I turned in my phone the last time as well! They never credit you and you have to fight to get the credit deal they said they offer... all the while they are making money on phone payments. Verizon is a horrible company now, as soon as I can I am going elsewhere and I would recommend anyone else do the same.

we went to the store because my son needed a new phone, the sales told us we could have free cases for our phones, we asked him repeatedly if it's free, his answer was the same, he even picked cases, cover glasses, and charges adapters on the wall for us, he told us those were for our phones. He didn't print the invoice said it will be sent to us by email. All he told us were two phones, one for $280 and another for $270, and the charges are over $530, it seemed the charges are for those two phones. We didn't receive any email, so I went back to the store, finally he printed the invoice to us, and after reviewed the invoice we realized the charges are not for the phones, the charges are for 2 sets of over priced cases, glasses, and charge adapters, we were not told the price for any of the items. The same sales young guy refused to return the glasses back, they each are $65, and some of the service fees he never even mentioned to us, we spent almost 4 hours in store to have things set up, but it's a very bad experiencing for us. I also found out the monthly bill is much higher and it's not what he told us.Don't trust the sales at the store and ask what's on the invoice they charge you.

I made an appointment with this store to purchase more business equipment. I talked to them beforehand and explained my situation fully. Upon arriving to the store for my appointment, the only employee working was gone out at lunch and I had to wait 15mins outside for him to return. Once he finally got back, we went inside the store and logged in to my account. The Verizon employee then told me that because I am a Utah business account, he can't help me whatsoever and I have to instead go to a totally different location where they can help me.This was nothing but a massive waste of time caused by laziness.

The store was busy with several people upgrading and other time intensive tasks. They did a great job multitasking and addressing everyone’s needs in the store.

I worked with Julian and he was phenomenal. Unfortunately though when we upgraded my phone and transferred my data the authentication app I use for work now no longer is set up and I'm completely locked out of my work computer and a bunch of other apps I use on a regular basis. I've been trying to figure this out for hours and I'm completely locked out and can get no technical support from Verizon or Google or Microsoft. This is an absolute nightmare. Ther are no words to describe this level of frustration

This location seemed just fine for any cell phone needs. Just don't go there to make cash payments because they can't take cash. Other than that the guy working was friendly and helpful to tell me the next nearest location that took cash payments.
