I like Walgreens to some extent. They shouldn't have a phone they don't use it. Also the pharmacist told me they couldn't fill my prescription and that I would need to call my doctor. Called the other Walgreens on redwood and they said that they were easily able to pull it. Not sure where the disconnect was but I feel like that they lied.

I went in to get a last minute photo I ordered to print and it wasn’t ready, but Terri helped me out and she printed the photo right in front of me. She also helped me find a frame to put it in. She was incredibly kind and so helpful. I will be going to this Walgreens from now on even though it’s further from my house.

Cashier was helpful finding tweezers so I could remove a splinter. Pharmacist was helpful offering advice. Getting a COVID-19 booster was horrible. First I submitted the auth form online. Had to fill it out again there. Then waited 25min to get it. The person said they didn’t know I was waiting. Nobody asked if I had been helped.

The pharmacy is SO unorganized. Pharmacist didn’t even show up to work. Avoid if you want your prescription filled.

Came to fill a prescription for some antibiotics, we were told to come back in 30 minutes, we came back after 45 and were told that our prescription couldn’t be filled because they needed more information, or a phone number to get more information. There was a phone number on the prescription. We called that phone number, and they told us to have the pharmacy call them. So instead of calling or texting us to let us know our prescription wasn’t being filled, or calling the number on the prescription, they wasted our time. We were waiting in store or in our car in the parking lot for 2 hours.

After 35 min on hold, was hung up on prior to being able to speak to anyone in the pharmacy. Spoke with Daisy in customer service who stated it’s Walgreens policy to not allow callbacks and stated she’d ensure I was connected when calling back after the 35 min hang up. She dropped off the line within 3 minutes and I was unable to speak with anyone again after waiting for another 20+ minutes.

The absolute worst service you will ever experience. TERRIBLE. You would have better luck catching a wild pigeon, hand writing a note, strapping it to their leg, and sending it off rather than getting the pharmacy to answer their phone. They need to shut down if they can’t help the community like a pharmacy should.

When contacting them you’re on hold for 15 mins then they pick up put you on hold again and hang up after an hour in total time. This continues ever month I call spending hours on hold each month. They seem to think you won’t notice the hold music change.

Yesterday I had a particularly great experience with the photo department. The girl with the bright hair pink hair helped me throughly. I also love the diversity that I witnessed with the employees. I don’t think I’ve seen as many people of color as now! Progressive and helpful store.

This pharmacy is always so understaffed. I feel bad for the workers because people are always angry with the long waits. Going to love my prescriptions to a pharmacy closer to my work.

Ordered business cards for same day pickup. Received an email that they were ready and went to grab them 2 hours later. When we showed up, we waited 15 minutes to talk with someone who then informed us the machine was broken and they never printed the cards. No phone call or email to let us know to find somewhere else to print them.

I also have to wait 45-an hour to get helped at the pharmacy. Tell your doctor to send your prescriptions somewhere else!

My wife bought candy for Halloween(a multi pack). When she got home we both tried a piece of candy and we sensed it was bad. When we tried to return it, the employee had to ask the manager. Once the manager came over, he did not introduce himself and point blank said we could not take it back. We tried to explain to him the candy was bad. His response was that, they had sold many before and we were the only ones that came back to return it. He made another comment on how they couldn't re sell the candy. I hope they wouldn't because it tasted horrible. I understand that a open items can't be returnable sometime, but he wouldn't even compromise with store credits/exchange. Even so, we were not hostile in anyway to them and the manger came off as rude from that starts. The employee was helpful and I feel bad they have a manger like that.

I don't know if the Walgreens in Salt Lake City on 400 South and 500 East has changed the way they answer their phones, but I have been trying to get a hold of them for 4 days now and the queue is always full and nobody ever answers. I was told I needed to call them with a prescription issue. I guess I'm going to have to go there in person to get any help. They used to answer their phones better and I don't know if they've changed their system but it's terrible. Also they keep interrupting the hold music every 10 seconds telling you the queue is more than three waiting and it never changes.

I'm not one to leave unwarranted negative reviews. This pharmacy is SO incredibly difficult to work with. I am currently sitting on the phone trying to refill a prescription I can't refill online for some reason. This is the the third time I've called, after waiting 20+ minutes and being hung up on the two times before. I have yet to get in touch with an actual person. I realize staffing is short right now, but this is ridiculous.
