Kara is the only reason i keep coming back. The new pharmacist is helpful and i think he genuinely cares. However they have one employee in particular anytime i get her tells me my script won't be ready for pick up for 2 days and then proceeds to tell me how she won't play favorites with me and that she will NOT put me ahead of anyone else. Cool, i didn't ask you too, all im trying to do is get my script in a timely manner. The best part is that someone after me was getting the exact same medicine and she told him it would be ready in a hour....wtf!?! She also told the people in front of me they could pick up in a hour. Last time she new i needed a prior authorization. Told me to come back in a few hours. When i did she was so chicken sh*t she had Kara tell me she forget to mention that i needed a pre-authorization. Well it's Fri at 6 pm and now my Dr office is closed until Monday. I got there at 10am and she forgets to mention that! Worst customer service ever!

Good pharmacy. They do what they can to help. Expect a wait at the pharmacy of at least 15 minutes

Hands down the worst pharmacy I have dealt with in 20 + years of going. The staff won’t answer the phone. Multiple times I’ve been on hold up to 30 minutes and at that point they hang up on you. I have been told multiple times my prescriptions are ready to pick up, when I arrive the pharmacist said they are not ready and I have to get a new prescription form my doctor before they can fill it it, even though there are multiple refills left on that specific prescription and it ends up getting filled days later I would highly highly recommend finding a different pharmacy if possible!

Can’t reach anyone by phone. They recycle your call until the line just hangs up on you or they close for lunch or the day. I’ve been waiting days for my prescription . They are going to make me drive there just to talk to someone to be told they don’t have it or it’s on order ? So frustrating

DON’T CALL YOURSELF A PHARMACY IF YOUR PHARMACY IS CLOSED MORE THAN HALF THE DAYS OF THE WEEK. Seriously I’ve been trying to get my medication from this pharmacy for 2 months!!! This is insanity

20 years with Walgreens and I finally left this year with NO regrets. Often out of meds. Never staffed properly. Almost never answer the phone. Always a long line. All this would be fine if they marked prescriptions as filled online when done but they never do that so I have to stop by constantly for updates that easily have 20-30 min lines to go through EACH time. Only Now that I’m almost completely moved over to the university do I realize what a waste of many many many hours of my time this place is.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. My husband has been trying to get his prescription filled for 3 months! They send messages that it's ready, but when he goes to the website to pay, it says it's not ready. He's gone i twice to pick it up and both times they told him that his insurance wouldn't approve payment. He also took a coupon, from this exact store, in for five dollars off for his med that was listed on the coupon and they refused to take it. Many times he has tried to call during their open hours and their phone message says they are closed. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I would give it -5 stars if I could.

Always an enjoyable experience goin into Walgreens. The customer service is always great. They were very busy and where hustling around registers and doing everything in their power to make sure everyone was taken care of with good timing.
