Please tear down this store and do literally anything else with the space. They blast classical music on repeat starting early in the morning to wake up all the people living in apartments nearby, to late at night when people are trying to sleep but can’t. Getting any fresh air during the day means going insane because you have to listen to the same 3 classical songs that they blast endlessly.

DONT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS HEREWent to get passport photos they refused to take one of my 6 month old. I was told it was a new policy in the last couple weeks. (Age discrimination lol). Child was not crying or anything. So I went to FedEx Office Print & Ship Center by the U and they handled it quickly no issues.

The pharmacy staff are the nicest and most helpful I’ve come across. They have always went above and beyond for me and have a great attitude even if they are very busy. Jimmy helped me today right at closing and he is great! My doctor sent through meds last minute snd Jimmy made sure to get them filled for me.

I always have problems here for prescriptions. I had a manufacturer coupon for one recently that significantly reduced what I owed. They wouldn't take it. I went to the University of Utah and they took it easy peasy. This Walgreens is slammed packed 24-7 too, takes forever to get to anyone.

I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your Walgreens locations on January 5th at 9:55pm. As a frequent customer, it was disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from your staff.Upon attempting to return items with an electronic receipt, I was met with unexpected rudeness from the cashier. While I understand the policy of presenting the email receipt, the manner in which this was communicated was unnecessarily harsh and unhelpful. As a customer, it is not always possible to be aware of every procedural nuance, especially when the policy is not clearly communicated.After finally accessing my old email account and obtaining the receipt, I returned to the store shortly before closing time. Despite there being time left before the store's official closing, I was bluntly told by a manager that they could not process my return. This refusal to assist, coupled with an incorrect assertion about the return policy on holiday items, was both frustrating and misleading.The situation escalated further when I was ignored by the cashier after waiting in line and then publicly humiliated by another employee who yelled at me to leave the store. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. The fact that other customers were served after me, despite the claim of the store being 'closed' for returns, is particularly shocking.This experience was not just about a failed transaction; it was about being treated with a lack of basic human decency. I left your store feeling belittled and distressed, facing a long, cold walk home in the snow as a result from the fact that I didn’t have the cash to pay for transportation back home. It was 9:58 when I walked out the door.I implore you to review the CCTV footage from 9:55pm January 5th at your 400S in SLC UT location to witness firsthand the conduct of your employees. This kind of behavior should not be representative of Walgreens' customer service standards.I look forward to your prompt response and action on this matter. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.Sincerely,Austen Tannerps. The following day I was able to return my items at a different location without a single problem. The whole process took approximately 45 seconds and the employees were very kind.

The catalina machine wasn’t working at this store when I visited on December 12, 2023. Thayne Macarille (store manager) is ignorant regarding the partnership with Catalina. He refused to credit me Walgreens cash when the register rewards didn’t print. This is false advertising on Walgreens part.

Lie,lie lie. Call and ask any question..."it is ready" they say. I am in a wheelchair on public transit and i get there. " I cant give it to you for days" i have done this 3 times THIS month. REDICULOUS!!! JERKS

If you want to be verbally accosted and treated like an idiot for their lack of organization or understanding of orders you’ve made, definitely stop by. The cashiers will happily destroy your day and tell you it’s your fault for working with them.

This location does not honor prescriptions that you attempt to fill over the phone or through the app. I initially placed an order on the app on Sunday, and then on Tuesday. Neither of these were honored. I called this morning around 10am to get my prescription filled and was told it would be ready. I called again around 3:30pm and was told that my prescription wasn’t ready and that there was an issue with insurance. While trying to figure out what was wrong with my insurance the pharmacist kept putting me on hold without any explanation, 30 minutes and 3 calls later. Another location was able to fill my prescription and there wasn’t an issue with the insurance.Save yourself a headache and don’t visit this location.

Sadist excuse for a pharmacy I've ever experienced. Refills rarely go smoothly. Often not ready when ordered days in advance or out of stock and can't be filled before I run out.

I dread coming here to pick up a prescription because they have horrible service, never enough help. I have been sitting in the drive thru lane for 20 minutes and there are still 4 cars ahead of me. We have not moved.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. My husband has been trying to get his prescription filled for 3 months! They send messages that it's ready, but when he goes to the website to pay, it says it's not ready. He's gone i twice to pick it up and both times they told him that his insurance wouldn't approve payment. He also took a coupon, from this exact store, in for five dollars off for his med that was listed on the coupon and they refused to take it. Many times he has tried to call during their open hours and their phone message says they are closed. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I would give it -5 stars if I could.

i live next to this store and i cannot open my windows during the day because all i can hear is the classical music this store blasts in the parking lot. i guess hating homeless people overrides my ability to get some fresh air.

Was discriminated against, harassed, made fun of AND violated HIPPA. The security guard made fun of me for picking up my psych meds after I complained about being asked to leave my backpack with my 1500$ work laptop while other people in the store had bags and backpacks. They also went through my backpack without consent and without me present. When I got my bag back from the front all of the bags pockets were unzipped.
