Their printing options are really frustrating if you’re trying to print from your phone. In order to print a single photo, you have to load at least the last 50 photos from your phone onto their system, which feels very invasive and unnecessary.

Can’t speak for the pharmacy but they were well stocked for snacks and drinks, and the store was clean. 1 star off for the super flickery light, 1 star off for the person peeing on the wall right next to the front door.

This rating is specifically for the pharmacy. Don’t send your prescription here. They constantly close during normal business hours and often remain that way for days. I’m assuming due to staffing issues, but this has been happening for months. When they close you don’t get a heads up beforehand either. Because of this you cannot count on your prescriptions being available on time. It’s not worth the hassle of having to scramble constantly.
Don’t use this pharmacy.

My review is not for the pharmacy as a whole as this location has gone through a lot this past year but for the technicians Christian, Taia and Kiana. They are smart, knowledgeable, articulate, fast and caring. They remember me and are so understanding to the specific needs of my family and our many prescriptions. They go above and beyond each time. This location would not have survived this past year without them.
I hope walgreens figures things out, starts paying their pharmacists and techs more [ which is why I assume they cant seem to keep many) because this location went from the best Iin the valley to really struggling. If not for techs like these three it would be the worst in the valley. They go above and beyond and keep people coming back. I hope walgreens treats them all well as they could go anywhere and any pharmacy would be lucky to have them.
Thank you guys for working so hard and doing it all with a smile and caring demeanor! You three are just amazing!

Worst Pharmacy ever
Its one week Im calling to refill my RX and they don't answer their phone and they hang up on people. I have to change my Pharmacy.

Absolutely worst customer service at this place. Went here before and the way the staff was talking down in a disrespectful manner to the customer and now I wanted to give them another shot. Literally been on hold for almost a full half hour and they are not able to answer the phone at all? Seriously? It's not during a lunch break or anything I double checked wow this place is horrible. Store manager i hope you see this and seriously talk to your staff at this point or if not then this is clearly something from management down if not.

The worst pharmacy I have ever interacted with. They will intentionally not pickup their phones, they sit on your orders for days before starting to fill them, and they’ll make every excuse in the book as to why there are delays!

It is so sad that one of the most recognized pharmacy in this country has such unkind and disrespectful personnel. My doctor prescribed me a couple of medications a few days ago and since they never have it ready and make us wait, I went a couple of days later (today) to pick it up.
When I got there the person in charged was so desperate to close the store that she did not even listen to me and was very disrespectful in front of other patients, simply saying that the medication was not ready, she did not even looked. She just left me standing there like saying ‘“Get out of here”.. And this is not the first time, I have been treated like this.
