Ordered pictures Sunday March 20 at 6 pm and they said they would be ready by 7:12 pm, they said they closed at 7 ( but the signs there said they closed at 8 ) but the lady told me she could have it ready before 7. So I waited about 45 minutes for my pictures, came back and she said she needed her manager to do the “ paperwork “ for the pictures and she couldn’t do that until tomorrow…. Well now it’s tomorrow ( Monday ) and I go to pick them up at 1 pm and they still were not ready and told me another 30-45 minutes. I will never order pictures here again and I definitely don’t recommend .

This photo center is such a nightmare, and the location itself is a shame with respect to customer service. It has completely deterred me from using any Walmart photo center. I submitted a request for 156 photos in January, needing them for Valentine’s Day. I figured that’s a lot of photos so I did it ahead of time. Despite submitting my order towards the end of January, my confirmation said by February 2, 2022. I gave all of last week because I know there are worker shortages and times are tough. I called the location 8 times today and each time ended in my call being disconnected. 2 of the calls I spoke to a very kind man in electronics who transferred me and was trying to get a photo associate, so kudos to that gentleman for trying. Finally I had to use the online chat, and they could not help me. I was given the number for the corporate photo customer service line. That rep was amazing and she tried to call the location as well to see what the issue is. She placed me on hold and had the same experience I had with trying to contact them. After two failed attempts she admitted they were not answering. The best she could do for me, and it’s of no fault of her own, was recommend I go to the store and see what the issue is since their phone lines are unavailable. This is what I will do since I was advised my order was delivered and should be there. I will update this review with my experience after going in but I doubt it will be a redeemable one.Edit- Went in the following Friday and the associate and manager who helped me were incredibly responsive and diligent. They located my order quickly and were helpful, demonstrated great customer service, and were overall just great. Those two alone made this review go from a 1 star to a 4. Would I use this photo center again, not willingly. However, it isn’t their employee’s fault as I’m sure the worker shortage allows some balls to drop sometimes. Alls well that ends well.

I've had only problems at this store except for the pharmacy. I've tried to get ahold of customer service doesn't have time and is pissy. Workers are on there phones and it's just a shitty environment. I've had so many problems there it's a joke so I changed locations and they are better at HOPE location.

The plastic bags did not hold there shape. They immediately died as I put bread and pretzels into it. The plastic bag was a fragile as Washing machines nowadays.

Worst Walmart I've ever been too. Highly unprofessional people working the customer service. The store and bathrooms are always a wreck and their selection is poor. Good luck calling to get information. They pickup and hang up. Rude. Needs new management.

Good store. Well stocked grocery dept I always find all the items I need there. Garden area is well managed dept manager Jolene was very helpful to me when I was confused about some plants I was looking for. I mostly just use the grocery area here but I've always had a pleasant experience. My only complaint is that it's a very small store. Not the employees fault.

I ordered a computer, for a friend, and I set it up to be picked up at this location. I got a notification that I can pick it up, less than 10 minutes after my order. Driving in, was kind of confusing... On the app, it says to park at the front, to pick up the online orders... But, you are supposed to park on the far south corner, in the pickup zone. (Just some confusion, between the app, and the actual layout of the store) The online order was relatively easy, and they were pretty fast, but it was just slightly confusing getting everything

Horrible customer service. Often when I submit an order online, it’s cancelled with no explanation. Also when prints are done, the coloring is off; usually more red than it should have.

I was in my local Walmart store this morning and have a complaint about the way I was treated at this establishment. I was trying to correct an error made by Walmart.com at the in store customer desk. The Customer service manager was very rude. Unprofessional Threatening and demeaning. He threatened me several times that he would kick me out of the store and refuse my return because I wasn't being "nice" enough to him He was aggressive and angry. Inconvenienced- annoyed- and verbally aggressive No customer should be treated this way

I have had 2 awful experiences with Walmart photo in the last couple of months. I submitted an order for one hour pickup, which you have to pay extra for. When I arrived at the store to pick up, an hour after they were supposed to be ready, they had not been printed yet. I was told the printer was broken and no one was coming to look at it until sometime the next day. I received an email the next morning at 7 am telling me my photos were ready. I’m convinced the worker just didn’t know how to use the printer and it wasn’t broken. When I did pick up my pictures it took them 45 minutes to find them because their employee wasn’t looking in the right place.The next time, I submitted my pictures I showed up to pick them up 2 hours after I received the email saying they were ready. They could not find my pictures. They were still sitting in the printer. They put them in an envelope for me but they were not cut to size or anything. They had giant chunks of white on the side of most of my pictures because of the size of paper they were printed on. My pictures had been “ready” for 2 hours but none of the sales associates checked the printer for pictures and actually got my photos ready. I had to cut all the pictures myself. I ordered smaller prints (4x4), which are more expensive than more standard sizes. I’m assuming because they have to be cut. That was not done. Walmart was the only photo-center I could find with same day pickup and the sizes I needed. The next time I need those sizes, I will special order them from somewhere else. The photo center at this Walmart is terrible.

Just to let everyone know. That "Ray Burnett" man did not get racially profiled at our Walmart. Our lead security guy is black, like seriously? People are so quick to pull the race card. I saw the altercation between rays friend when asked to see his receipt. He got extremely defensive and started yelling very loudly, which is, Im sorry, but suspicious to say the least. The whole store got quiet and stared at him. His friend was the one that caused the scene not anyone else. If anything, Our Walmart is the least racist one in Utah! We have employees from all over the world! Iraq, Pakistan, Africa, Mexico- you name it we got it in our store. We are VERY racially diverse and religiously diverse. We do not judge a book by its cover. Most of our receipt checks are random, otherwise we have a very good reason to be checking a receipt. I get mine checked all the time and I work here!!! And no, I do not care, because I wouldnt freaking steal so they can check my stuff all they want. Its their job. Let them do their job!

My name is Ray Barnett I'm a African American man. Me and another guy that I was with just got racial profiled there by the store manager JESSE, where as though he asked us to leave the property and we left. So while we were driving away 4 cop cars pulled us over causing a scene and took our id's from us and trespass us from the store for no reason. Saying that we got into altercation with him when we didn't. Now we can't we can't even go to our neighborhood Walmart BECAUSE THEY ARE RACIST.
