Just created new accounts for my brother and I. The bank/ branch was really well organised. Our banker Mr. Andrew Williams was a delight to interact with. Although we were internationals opening a US bank account for the first time, he made us feel at ease and interacted with us throughout the process; understanding our requirement, explaining the options, helping us make wise decisions and choose the best options. Also loved the personal interactions that really enhanced our visit and experience today. 10/10 would recommend this bank and branch and would return here for my other banking needs.

As an international student, banking systems in the US are very different. Andrew Williams, who is the banker at this branch helped me out with the entire process of how to open up an account, the best way to manage expenses and fees. Before I visited this branch, I was confused about a lot of things and he helped me understand everything and kept the entire conversation transparent. I would recommend Wells Fargo and this branch any day and would suggest choosing this banker for your banking needs. Thanks Andrew!

I should begin by saying, nothing surprises me more than to find myself leaving the review that I'm about to. I had a mind numbing experience when I placed a call to Wells Fargo's telephone support. Some type of transaction occurred in my account that was not expected. It was very large $ transaction that sent my balance hurling into a $500 plus deficit. I immediately started collecting charges in addition to that. the person at telephone support has no desire to help either talk to me hear what I was trying to say... It really was infuriating. I was in a very vulnerable position because having just had surgery the day before I was extremely sick. I REALLY NEEDED SOMEONES HELP. I had to talk to someone and the phone wasn't working. So I took a ridiculous amount of medication to get out of bed. Go to the location and fully expected to have another really really difficult conversation. The branch manager listened to me barf all over him for a couple of minutes and then assigned me to a gentleman named Andrew. I'm assuming Andrew is his best if he's not... well I've never been treated with such respect and accommodation. Honestly, from the moment I started talking to him you could tell that he was prepared to make the situation right even though we didn't even know what the situation was yet I went from being really really obstinate to totally cooperative as can be in about 2.5 seconds flat. Because it was clear to me that somebody had every intention of helping me figure out what the problem was, and taking care of it. Not only did we get my balance back to a positive number. But without my even asking? They erased every check charge, which in a few days had amounted to quite a few. I've always maintained that you can do the right thing. It doesn't matter what the policy is. really what were there to do with her it's business or personal pleasure or hard work We're here to do the right thing. You can always do the right thing!!!! And they did. These were good people who seem to understand that idea. They certainly seem to open their doors to treat there customers well. My experience there instead of ratcheting my problem up was far closer to somebody releasing a pressure valve. I wanted to thank the branch manager who, I believe name is Hector, Andrew, and another gentleman who was there helping him sort everything. His name was Robert. I think ?? When I think of large institutions like Wells Fargo I hardly have an expectation of an organization that is led with enough decency that the employees feel an autonomous comfort level that allows them to do right by the people that are paying their salary. It made me feel a little bit hopeful for things in general. I watched the trickle down effect occurring right before my very eyes. I can't say enough. Thanks again!

ATM never works no matter how many times it’s mentioned to management. It’s becomes running joke whether or not I’ll have to wait in the drive through line or wait inside in line. They don’t care. Maybe one ATM isn’t appropriate for a busy location that has a bunch of business deposits daily when no one uses the business deposit. Ridiculous.

Went in there urgently needing to deposit a check, they only had one teller and I understand but I think the manager came over and said I could use the atm. I told him I needed the money right now and couldn’t wait till tomorrow to get it. He said I could get it right away because it was a Wells Fargo check and I trusted him. After depositing it I check my bank and it’s not available. I needed the money urgently and I should’ve just trusted my gut and used the teller. Seems like he just wanted to get people in and out.

Mr.Andrew Crow has been a refreshing addition to this branch, an excellent manager. The recent wire transfer I made with this bank was one of the best I've ever experienced and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. My appreciation goes out to him for his pleasantness, courteousness, and excellent customer service. I was served within five minutes despite the bank's busy schedule. He was instrumental in completing my wire transfer quickly. There is no doubt that Mr. Crow is a valuable asset. I would highly recommend this branch.

So I went to cash a 199$ dollar check to pay my babysitter and me who always gets cash out with a teller and never once have missed money but first time coming here they forgot to put 50$ dollars and now it’s my fault and I can’t do nothing about it so I lose my hard working money but some lady named Isabella or something like that, and get this she’s there best employee so I’m the one lying. We even told please check the cameras but nope they can’t do that sadly so I will be leaving this bank for better one that will actually give me my money.

Wells Fargo sure knows how to hold a grudge, geez guys, it's been over 15 years since I defrauded your branch in Glenwood Springs. Did the crime, did the time, now move on with life already ???.
