I absolutely love Andres Garcia . I lost my wallet, lost everything. Had to replace my debit card. I was so upset when I came to the bank . Andres seen my frustrations. He kindly asked me is there anything I can help you with, I was in a panic, he took me aside in his office. Then sat me down . Started the process of replacing my card. He walked me through all my most recent transactions. Gave me such relief, I love this location, Andres is the Best.

Pathetic location. There weren't any customers in the bank except me and I needed to do a wire transfer. The teller told me it had to be a banker and had to wait. I waited for 10 minutes with no service. No wonder there weren't any other customers in there. Very poor, poor service.

When looking at places to do Buisness most often times we look at the brand and not realize it’s the people that make the experience. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andres the bank manager and I was blown away with his professionalism and attention to detail with my requests. His positive can do attitude is reflected in his staff as well! When working with Wells Fargo, this is the branch to be at!

Had a exceptionally negative experience with Jessica. After providing multiple forms of ID she still did not want to let me access my business account. She is not fit for a basic teller job and should be demoted. 10/16/24 @10:56am

Everytime I need to go to my bank I am treated well and helped with any task that needs to be taken care of. I am very happy with the service I receive when I go this branch.

There's only four parking spots at this Branch there is no drive-thru it is very small most transactions seem to be encouraged to be through the ATM.

Attempted to set up a VA fiduciary account for my dad. The banker was rude from the start and it was clear she was bothered to have anyone at her desk. After about five minutes of no response, I asked if she knew what type of account she was opening and said I just needed to get it right bc it's my dad's livelihood. She rolled her eyes and said, "it will be. I haven't even started opening it yet." She then left me sitting there for 10 minutes only to come back and say that no one in this branch knows what type of account this is and so she needed to call somewhere. She said,"it'll be awhile if you want to wait." I asked how long it would be and she responded, "I'm trying to help you here. It will be AWHILE." I said not providing me an estimate is not helpful and sitting here for awhile with someone so unpleasant who clearly hates their job doesn't interest me. Just a gross interaction and I'm going to another bank entirely now since WF employees don't know what this type of account is.

This ATM has the heater vent right on top of the unit , this is a problem when you try to deposit miney because the air flow blow your bills away . This is not a good place to trust in depositing your money . There is no point on having an ATM deposit access machine if this one doesn’t do what I supposed
