Banks that charge a non-client $7.50 to cash one of their own checks -- not a very large -- written by one of their own clients are THIEFS. I will avoid doing business ever again with Wells Fargo or any other corporate bank thiefs.

Very kind, happy, and professional customer service is hard to find but this Wells Fargo Brickyard bank is a breath of fresh air. So impressed. The tellers are always top par. Rosalia the banker made me feel at ease and took the time to explain banking in laymen's terms so I could understand and make proper decisions. Thank you Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo has been painful to deal with. 30+ years of banking with multiple personal accounts and small business accounts. This is the only branch where my questions are answered and the problem(s) are solved on spot. Mario is the branch manger and gets stuff done or makes things right. Thanks for restoring my faith in this institution.

I hayto start I bank with an out of state credit union. So when I go to Wells Fargo for laundry quarters I am always paying some sort of transaction fee. There is a bank manager that must oversee several sites because this is the second time in the past few months that I've been denied an exchange for quarters due to a shortage. I'm pretty sure it was the same gentleman who flat out said no quarters for personal use. I checked the feds website and they statw supplies are fine. So I guess Wells Fargo really doesn't want any single persons business. Just corporations.....I guess

I had to call to set up my enrollment online but their website was down and they basically just told me they didn't have any ETA and had no clue when it would be fixed so I just have to waitWhat company in the 21st century can't get a website fixed in a day or two?

Everyone I talk to that banks at Wells Fargo emphasizes their poor customer service, and my experience at this branch was no exception.I went to the branch trying to cash roughly $1300 in matured paper savings bonds that were bought for me by my grandfather. The teller initiated the process to verify the bonds, but was unsure of how to complete the process and seemed to struggle using the machine (which is fine - I understand this process isn't something they do every day). After about 45 minutes, the branch manager Mario Rivadeneira then came and attempted to verify the bonds. The branch manager then struggled to run the bonds through the machine. After asking me to wait another 15-20 minutes while the manager said he was making a phone call to verify the bonds, Rivadeneira then came out and told me they were not going to redeem the bonds. The process of verifying the bonds in the machine they use physically alters the paper bond by punching it, and the teller had stamped them. Incredibly, Rivadeneira had put his initials next to the punches and gave me his business card, telling me that if I had trouble redeeming these bonds that I should simply have another bank call him.I refused to leave, but was forced to open an account in order to redeem the bonds (a process which took another hour or so).If I had walked out, I might easily have lost $1300. I completely understand the need to follow a protocol to verify the bonds, and I also understand that they may have technical issues. But the idea that the branch manager's business card means anything at all is laughable. If I had presented my bonds to a similarly skeptical branch manager they would have laughed at me. Ultimately, it just didn't matter to Rivadeneira that he was sending me away and quite possibly costing me $1300 because his bank had initiated (but not completed) the process of redeeming the bonds.

The worst service at this location. I went in for a very simple request for a wire transfer form. 30 minutes later the guy had said like two words to me and acted like I was crazy for what I was requesting. Waited some more and left with a form that doesn’t even cover what I needed. Went to a different branch and had no problems. I would not recommend this branch.

I have recently moved from PA to SLC, UT and wanted to open a checking account in a local bank. I chose WF because it has branches in 40 states. Went this morning to this branch in Sugar House and a bank agent (Jordan Adams) helped me opening a checking account, signing up for online banking, and applying for a credit card. Jordan was extremely good in explaining the overwhelming details in an easy and clear way. I am glad I got to work with Jordan and having him as my agent and I am also happy to choose this branch.
