I tried to open an account but could not get anyone on the phone to discuss how. I get to a recording and then the phone call is terminated. Oh well.

Wells Fargo is a bank people use that haven't discovered better banks are a think. Once all the old people die they will probably go out of business. Fees, fees, fees. Switched to Chase and I have forgotten I have a bank.

I have never seen such a gross display of incompetency and poor customer service as exhibited by the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage team at this location. The loan processing is outsourced to a location in AZ, where they are an hour behind. Wells Fargo had my financial information for my loan the second week of April and we had a planned closing date of May 26th. Wells Fargo not only did not have my loan information ready, they failed to communicate adequately within their organization to get the appropriate paperwork, meaning duplicate submissions/extra work on my behalf, but they also made errors inputting critical info. on my loan like my employment hire date, which they had as a future date, causing my loan to be further delayed. The upper management seem to not really care and deliver insincere apologies. They took an already stressful situation such as buying a home and made it 10 times more stressful with their incompetency and bumbling. Wells Fargo is horrible, go elsewhere if need a home loan or any banking needs for that matter.
