Always understaffed and always out of coins. Waiting 30 minutes to be told they don’t have what I need. They also closed their drive through options. And it’s always the same 3 employees when I am there. I feel bad for them, they are super nice. Corporate owes them better.

I really can’t say enough good things about the staff there. The management banker and teller girl are extremely knowledgeable and all of them have a great synergy. I will park a couple blocks away at the other Wells Fargo branch and take a stroll to this one just because I like how they treat people here. Never had any mess ups there! It’s unfortunate that most reviews are submitted from people who have bad experiences and not from everyone who had a good experience without any issue.

Unbelievable, horrible service, I came at 9.20 am, no one is working, they just walking and not helping to the clients.

I thought I had an appointment scheduled and spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to at least check in with me before they told me my appointment was not that day. I would have at least appreciated some expected wait time. I feel like this branch lacks organization to respect others’ schedules. They also seem understaffed.

Reliable and safe at least safer lately since OC Tanner built an addition and they have 24 hours oh nice site security right next to this atm machine
