Very rude, did not care about my situation. Just worried about if what i was asking for met their requirements, reguardless of the "real Life situation, going on. Everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, when calling in to get help. The deferment dept, not understanding at all, just worried about checking off all "their boxes" to meet their requirments. There should always be exceptions to policy. I guess honesty doesn't get you anywhere with Wells Fargo . Only one star because it requires it.

Completely inept at dealing with the most basic tasks (like sending us a title after we paid off our car). We've been getting the runaround for a week from them getting a lien release. They said it takes 2 days to fax it, a week to mail it, and they refuse to use email or other modern methods to get it to us. On hold for an hour to talk to them. Just infuriating. We'll never go through these guys again.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would ! EVERYTIME I've called they have been extremely unprofessional. But today was by far the worst ! I traded in my vehicle it took forever to be paid off but I called multiple times to explain the situation all they would tell me is I'm accountable for the debt . Well I check online and it's finally paid off so I call to confirm they tell me I'll get a letter shortly . Well 7:30pm comes around and they call "to collect a debt " when I tell them it's paid the rep wants to tell me no it's not then I request a manager and she (Chris) was by far the worst ! I'm expecting a call back from a higher up !

I got screwed over by Wells Fargo due to lack of experience. I understand mistakes happen especially with newer employees but take care of your customers when it happens. My case escalated all the way to the District Manager and they still did not take care of the situation. The District Manager herself was very rude and unprofessional. She acted bothered that she was having to deal with an issue. She "handled" the situation by sending me to another Manager. The service Wells Fargo gives is astoundingly horrid. It's no wonder they rank in the Top 10 worst companies.

WORST experience I have ever had trying to get a payoff on an auto loan. They are very unprofessional and rude. After SEVERAL calls, still NOTHING! My new lender is frustrated as well and can not believe what a fiasco it has been. HORRIBLE experience! DO NOT get an auto loan with them.

The worst service ever. I am having to call for the 5th time to have them fax the title to another bank so I can refinance and get away from them. The did fax some papers to the bank after the 3rd time but was the wrong paperwork. I have always had problems even on the banking side. People that don't have really any issues are very luck and I am assuming very rare.

Terrible service. Outdated technology. Can't email simple paperwork (have to fax or snail mail). Would not recommend doing your loan with them. Refinance with someone else.

This is by far the worst company I have had a car loan through. The customer service is horrible!!! They are very rude, unprofessional, and uncaring of their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU THROUGH THEM FOR ANYTHING.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. Wells Fargo is the shittiest bank to do an auto loan with. I will never do an auto loan with them ever again!!

I've been doing an auto loan through them for 2 years, and for the most part, it wasn't a bad experience. What was a bad experience is when I decided to trade in my car for a different one. The dealership that took my old car sent Wells Fargo a payoff not once, but 4 times before they were able to figure it out and process it. The first one never reached them for some reason, and the next two were sent out as well, but Wells Fargo Dealer Service agents provided us incorrect addresses BOTH times so were were still unable to get it to them. The Dealership ended up having to pay even more to them to buy the car, and none of the Service reps were understanding or helpful in the matter. It was all very frustrating. I spent two months straight calling them once a week (the dealership called just as much) just to have them not have any answers and continue to be unhelpful. Wells Fargo NEEDS to work on how they receive payoffs, because this was awful. I will never do a loan through them again. I also want to mention that their interest is through the roof. in two years of paying 300 a month, my 16000 loan only ever got down to 11000 at its lowest. Wells Fargo is ridiculous and I wouldn't ever trust them again for a loan.
