Today I visited the bank no one was willing to help me even when I was speaking in English they insisted that I should talk to someone in Spanish and that person was really busy until an hour after. I felt that I was treated poorly.

I visited this location yesterday. The branch manager’s name is Marc Hicks. He is one of the brightest and most helpful bank managers I have ever met. Wells Fargo is lucky to have such a great person working for them. I hope he stays at this location until he retires because it was a real pleasure to work with him.

Nice people. It's really tough to get someone on the phone. The hold message says to use the website to make an appointment. The website says there are no appointments available...ever. The phone system goes around in circles. It's mostly a Wells Fargo structure thing; probably not the fault of the branch, really. Still...

I called last week and actually spoke to someone. I am a new customer. Someone was supposed to call me back to help and I never got a call back. I tried calling this branch several times and no one ever picks up. I have to use this bank with my husband for a joint account but as of right now It’s useless for me because I can’t access it and never received my bank card. I was told I would need to come in. I had to make an appointment at a different branch farther away because no one called back to set one with me. I am hesitant to use Wells Fargo because you hear a lot of bad stories but we have to and this doesn’t feel like a great start.

I had a great experience, I was able to learn tips on how to save more money by closing an unnecessary account that was only charging me fees. I was also able to get some of that back. Huge Thank you to Cindi and Madison for helping me. Great customer service aswell.

So I have MS and can't get to the bank. I have my friend try to make an 800.00 cash deposit into my account. Guess you can't do that anymore because a new policy. Trying to stop money laundry, guess I can't wash my cash in my jeans anymore. (little humor) Very silly policy since I have been with this bank 30 some odd years. I could see maybe $10,000 dollars but $800.00. Sheesh!!!!!!

People who are saying they are nice are either friends of the branch workers or they're more accepted in their environment . I had the worst walk in service today and no help just a shut down. They didnt bother to call customer service just a "oh no it's too late". I highly doubt it's too late. The way they treated me was very profiling but little do they know I drove away in my Mercedes.

This branch is dishonest. Due to a terrible experience I left this bank after 15 years. They will up-sale you without permission, change your account after telling them you don't want them to, and then when the fees hit (the account I DIDN'T want incurred fees) you can't get them reversed. They don't want to deal with their mistakes, they want you to talk to the branch you opened the original account in (which was Nevada and on the phone that branch basically laughed at me because the Utah branch was being so difficult). I went into talk to someone and their response? Well, we fired those people and we have a new branch manager now so don't worry...but we still won't reverse the charges we imposed on you when we up-sold you without permission.

On Saturday I came into this branch to deposit a check that my fiance asked me to. I am so frustrated with how the whole situation panned out! First off, I asked them to CASH the check so I could have some cash available for us and THEN DEPOSIT and they deposited the whole check into the account and told me that since it was a Wells Fargo check into a Wells Fargo account that the funds would be immediately available. Next my brother in law deposited his check, which was also a Wells Fargo check into a Wells Fargo account which, he asked the same thing that i did about having funds immediately available, which in turn the teller proceeded to inform him that they needed to put a hold on the check, and when he asked why she hesitated and said that the whole amount would be available. It is now Monday and neither of those deposit's have gone through and each say they will be pending until Tuesday. So because they had misinformed us both to keep us happy (and keep in mind, at the time we were not argumentative, just questioning) and both of us were very put out over the weekend+ and upset that they did not listen or follow through with what they had told us both!!
