I scheduled my appointment online, got a call about an hour before to confirm, I came in and the manager and his employees are very friendly, fun, and professional. What a difference from some other branches I’ve been to. Also, Wells has the BEST online services of any bank or credit union.

The employees are courteous and great. The customers can be very rude and arrogant. A 30 minute wait at drive up? You are lying for sure. I have been coming here for 20 years and have never waited more than 10 minutes. This branch is one of their best.

Been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes (currently still waiting) there is ONE, exactly ONE other car in front of me. TIME TO SWITCH BANKS TO CHASE! This was the last straw. Wells Fargo is a dumpster fire at best. They’ve been going downhill for years. Today they broke me.

So slow. So so so slow.We have been in the drive through line for 30 minutes with one car in front of us the entire time. I got out of the car to check the lobby and there was a line 5 deep.Once to the window, 35 minutes later, the SAME people who were in the lobby when I looked 15 minutes ago were still there. Lol. Whatever their system is, it lacks efficiency.

Wells Fargo’s online & mobile tech is second to none. The manager of this branch showed me how to link all my accounts at other banks to the Wells Fargo app and it has made things so much easier. Last week however, I was in line for a money order, and one woman lost her mind that the drive up is closed, yet she was depositing a $100 check and kept yelling at the teller that the bank was forcing her to come into the branch because she doesn’t trust their drive up atm, debit cards, or smart phones (even though she was texting while she waited in line). It’s really a shame some entitled people can be so stuck in their ways from 20 years ago and take out their tantrums on employees instead of embracing technological progress and convenience. The ONLY reason I came to the branch was a money order. Otherwise I do everything online. Get a grip people.

new staff is so nice and very patient I am happy to come here. the bank supervisor makes it a good place for the workers you can tell they are happy.

Business is so so.Phone isn't remotely user friendly. and it is more focused on Spanish but no other languages. and their fees is legalized extortion. would not bank here even if I was paid or it was the only bank in town.

I went to this branch to do a wire for my family rent. I did not have an appointment and everyone was busy. I was going to make appointment but the manager gave me option to do the wire on my iphone. I was at his desk and he helped to activate my online wire account and walked me step by step with my wire on my phone for free to convert to my currency. So very friendly and helpful. He saved me money and made it easy to bank with him. Thank you!

Made my appointment online for a notary. Was super easy, and the banker was ready for me when I arrived. He informed me about mobile options that I wasn’t aware of. Efficient service, great staff and management.On the flip side, some of the customers at this branch have a ridiculous and entitled attitude. A Karen came in and wanted to open an account but everyone was helping customers and she did not have an appointment. She got really mad and said they are going to bank somewhere else that doesn’t go by appointments. Good luck with that. Welcome to the 2020s boomers.

Came in with a time sensitive need to meet with a banker. One teller was nice and looked into making an appointment, when the option didn't work for me the teller then suggested that they could call another branch to check on availability. Just as she was about to help me, another teller interrupted her and said it was my responsibility to check online and make an appointment. While that is the proper way if I had the time to make an appointment, this teller clearly did not understand my predicament or was willing to help despite three tellers not helping any customers. I will not return to this branch and the experience makes me want to consider a different bank. Tellers are there to help you not explain how to help yourself because they don't want to take the time.

This branch is efficient but I highly recommend making an appointment if you need anything outside a teller. I needed to send a wire and open another account. The only banker was busy, and the manager stepped in and showed me how to send the wire from my iPhone (helpful!) and offered to set a time for me to come back later to open the account. He also said I could open the account online which was also helpful. I did the appointment because I like the people here and they don’t rush me.

During the times of banks and other establishments presuming exclusivity, we called to schedule an appointment. When on the phone, the banker that answered couldn’t be bothered to be of assistance and defaulted to having the service performed by going drive-thru. Upon doing so, the bank teller was just as perplexed with the situation and recommended that we go into the actual lobby to receive service, our original plan. It was not the best situation to be tossed around like a football. What was a saving grace was being helped by banker who was from a Kimball Junction branch who just happened to come down to help while this branch was understaffed. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but was very appreciative of his service. It was paradigm and completely different from the service I get on any other given day at this particular branch. I classify that as a fluke so everything else considered, it’s still worth a two star rating.

The branch manager is excellent. She managed the lindon branch in the past. Benjamin at her other branch always gave me outstanding service. Wells fargo home mortgage was perfect for me also. Had a house with Wells fargo for a long time and extremely satisfied with Wells fargo home mortgage. Also had travelers home insurance .Excellent also. The branch manager has the same mechanic i do. He is excellent also.Manager very professional. I think this branch manager is second to none. One of their credit cards has excellent cell phone protection coverage.

Terrible service. Manager is unprofessional, thinks she know it all. I have been banking with Wells for 40+ years in Arizona. Needed my signature notarized, she wanted to read the complete legal document. Told me that is Wells policy, NOT, have had it done many times, drove to the next closest Wells Fargo bank, no problem. They notarized MY SIGNATURE. That is what notaries do.
