Don't. deal in my family was pay your own phone mine is paid off. Now xfinity won't unlock my phone because the others in my family don't have theirs paid so I can't do anything with something that's supposed to be mine

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHONE SERVICES/ AVOID MICHAEL GUY WITH GLASSES! THEY LIE TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP. I was told me and my boyfriend would both receive $100 gift cards for signing up with Xfinity Mobile. Also Michael told me that my new phone bill would always be $34 per line. We switched services, phone numbers, everything. Phone bill is actually more than my services with Boost Mobile which was $52 w/insurance. They charged me $80 after 2 weeks and then regularly charge me $60 a month. The 2 $100 gift cards Michael said we would get WE NEVER GOT! APPARENTLY WE DONT GET THEM. Customer Rewards Center said that no one who signs up gets them and that the service agents shouldn't be offering it. THAT OFFER IS LITERALLY HANGING UP IN THE STORE and the $34 a month wasn't my bill.. silly me.. it was the state taxes I paid on my phone. They are lying to us to sign up, get commission. Avoid them all. They don't care that their sales agents lied. Basically got told it is what it is and that there is nothing they can do.

People there don't know what they are talking about, they said I could get my own modem and save the rental. So I bought a 3.1 modem that supports 1.2 Gigs and when I went to connect it they said that they will not support Xfi and my other stuff that comes with there rental and it will cost me 5 dollars more to use my modem. Now I have a modem that I never going to use.

This store is a joke I went in there to modify a service and they messed up my account they scheduled an appointment to have my cable install at a wrong address I had to call customer service and they had to fix a bunch of other problems this guys have made setting up my account. Get a new manager!

Mike helped me today. He was very friendly, efficient, and FAST! I think I was in and out within 20 minutes or less. Thats with setting up new service and getting 3 devices. He helped me get the best rate and also provided me good info about their mobile plan and how I could switch and potentially save a ton of money since Verizon does discounts w/ Xfinity. I was so thrilled to be done so fast and easy. He was super easy and nice to talk to. Ill tell all my friends to go to this location. Give this guy a raise or atleast a pat on the back(but hopefully a raise :) ! Im very pleased overall. It needs to be this easy every time! I'll make it a point to go to this store from now on, thanks!

Do NOT go here. Just call their customer service line through xfinity directly. Mike the associate pulled some shady stuff with our account and had our account screwed up for 4 days straight. After countless calls we finally got it fixed with xfinity directly. Avoid this store at costs

Xfinity is the worst company to sign up for, I haven’t even had my service a full month yet and my bill has already been increased by $29 they lie to you when they sell you the internet service and tell you it’s cheaper then it really is. This company is a total scam if I had any other option for internet in my area I would have done that from the get go

Xfinity stole $701 out of my account. They were only authorized to take $92 and refuse to return it. Absolutely the worst company to ever exist. They're "5G" is more like dial-up service, their customer service is nothing but a bunch of incompetent visualswho don't know what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and go to another company that will help you when you have a problem... Don't believe me? Read the other reviews... Complaints filed with the FCC and BBB.

Pretty horrible experience with a guy named Juan. would avoid this person if you can. He talked us into signing up for xfinity mobile and told us it takes about 15 minutes for phones to switch over. We spent the next month trying to get my phone switched over and Juan would occasionally respond to texts and phone calls stating I'll get it switched over this afternoon only for it to never happen. Towards the end he just quit responding so I finally went into a store and worked with somebody else to get my phone switched over. Now I have a verizon and xfinity mobile phone bill for the last month. Avoid Juan
