I have had an account with Zions for 24 years and my account accidentally went in the negative I came to deposit a check from a different bank account that I have and asked them to cash it and make it immediately rectified I've had other branches do this for me before and they would not. Not helpful whatsoever and not able to treat customers how they should

All of these bad reviews are because Zions was bought out by the Mormon church. I have banked there over 40 years and the bank has become terrible in every single way. I am infuriated by everything that has changed for the worse. Soon I will be taking my banking business elsewhere!

Extremely poor customer serviceVery bad staff, waiting at the drive thru for more than 10m, got totally ignored, other people came after me in the other line they got helped first, when I told the cashier he just smiled and laughed that’s all, I have my account with Zions almost 10yrs, very very very poor customer service,

Normally I like my bank. We have banked here for over 40 years but today I had the worst experience ever. The teller: with red hair refused TWICE to cash my check. I had ID and plenty of money in my account. I am furious.

I drove in to deposit one check and nothing else. It took the female teller over 20 minutes to make my deposit! I finally beeped my car horn to get her attention and to ask her what was taking so long. She said she didn't understand why my account had a zero balance. If she had taken 30 seconds to ask me, I could have cleared up any confusion - but NOOOO. She obviously needs more training in both her job and in customer service!

Going to the bank can seem like a chore, but it’s not so bad when the employees are great like these ones. The worker and manager who helped me were great ?

Due to the Corona-19 Virus, the lobby was closed, but we made an appointment to have some documents notarized. Brenda Lemus, Manager, greeted us at the door and took us to her desk. She was expecting us and took care of us promptly and professionally. Thank you Brenda.

I went through this Zions location about three weeks ago and it took this bank approx 25 minutes to take one single deposit and get change for my business. There was not a single car in line in front of me, and only the drive thru was open. Definitely the slowest bank I have ever ever been to. I'm pretty sure they opened each roll of coins and re-counted them by hand. The drive thru again today is painfully slow. 3 deposits, no change, no hurry on their end. Not modern banking at its finest, only modern banking at their leisure. Avoid this location as it must be the oldest tortoise off all local banks!

This is the absolute worst bank I’ve ever worked with. Terrible service. They didn’t give me a temporary card for the 2 weeks I had to wait to get the permanent. They made it nearly impossible to access our accounts in the meantime without proper communication. Then coming back in two weeks later, they FORGOT TO ORDER OUR CARDS. I understand mistakes happen but they are ongoing. Use any other bank.

They were charging me all kinds of fees for basic things. Such as money orders that I use to pay my rent. Switched over to America first credit union and they have little to no fees.

I went into zions bank to deposit a check and Tyler was very helpful! He was friendly and prompt during the transaction and we had a great conversation! He noticed that I don't have a money market account and told me the benefits of opening one and I am now very much considering it. Employees like Tyler make running errands a breeze!
