Haylie was so helpful and kept me so involved in all the processes that I was working through. Also it's a bank in the middle of a city... prepare for tight/paid parking

Asked for social in front of customers. Did not have pesos and realized that by the end. Make sure you have foreign currency beforehand and take professional measures to secure customer privacy.

Scammy parking lot that’s not marked correctly and Diamond parking gives $60 tickets- seems like the bank isn’t doing well if they’re trying to make a profit off tricking people trying to park downtown.

This zions bank is quite awkward. Plenty of parking but metered so you have to pay. Also at one point they kept locking the door on 300 south so you could only enter off main street. And then they had no staff so they would client by client one at a time and so you would have to wait behind locked doors until the previous person got their banking done. Located downtown, this bank caters to business's and large transactions so things can move slow. Today I saw three tellers but only two working. Not bad these days with service. Tellers have come and gone past the years so it's hard having any long term relationships. Its very efficient for me but it's not the greatest branch. Oh also the ATM always seems down.

Great location, right on Main Street. Assistance was quick and helpful. Will come here again!

Just for the parking ticket I got while in their parking lot after hours I'm probably not going to do business with them. There were no barriers and the sign stated I was there outside of their business hours. Diamond parking might not be the best if they can't read their own signs.

My current bank charges $65 per overdraft and when asked if one wants to use their overdraft services or not, they enter yes, even when the customer says no. I have always been treated with kindness at Zion's Bank and customer service has always tracked down errors or companies that have made 3 or 4 holds against my debit card after they have received the funds for the point of sale service. I think people can trust whom they choose. Maybe that is why I still trust them to correct any errors in the future and watch myself to keep from making overdrafts. Some how a bank must make enough money from going broke themselves. I pay other companies for their services. Why not pay my bank for keeping my money and reputation safe?

My father banked with Zions so when I needed banking I started banking where he banked. However they don't treat people like they once did. It's profits first and at the expense of regular checking account holders like you and me. They charged me $161 dollars in fees in less than a week for have -1.00 overdraft fee. I hate Zions Bank with a passion because of their attitude towards customers and their unethical rates they charge for being overdrawn. The worst part is I've talked to the manager about it and he said there was nothing he could do, which means headquarters is the issue. I also asked him to make sure it never is allowed on my account again. We use technology all day yet they happily let your account be over drawn because that's where they make their most profits. I am closing my account and moving to Mountain America we're they treat people well because they know people are worth more than just good business.

Zions bank is full of bad systems and incompetence. When changing my address they managed to get it wrong multiple times, making it so payments don't go through. When I needed a new card they took 2 months to send it because somehow someone didn't enter in the information correctly. I called today to five a travel notice and they wasted 30 minutes of my time without getting anything done.

When I first came to Salt Lake City in 1990 or so, there was a branch in the Smiths at 9th and 9th. I tried to open an account there because it was convenient to where I was living and working. Plus I shopped at that Smiths. For some reason, with no explanation, they refused to do business with me. I was about 20 years old at the time, been banking with First Interstate for 4 years at that point (in another state) and had no issues with my credit or debt. Squeaky clean. So I opened an account at the First Interstate (now Wells Fargo) on 1300 East and 3rd South with no issues. I guess they thought a grubby construction guy wasn't the type of customer they wanted. I will never forget that experience (or do business with Zions) as long as I live.

Just getting started with them as a business owner and they've got a lot of good options for business funding.
