I had the pleasure of working with Tyler Jeppsen, the branch manager at Millcreek, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. We were facing a frustrating situation when we approached the Foothill branch, where we were told that accommodating us with a new business checking account would be time-consuming and challenging. Disheartened, we decided to give it another shot and headed down to the Millcreek branch.From the moment we stepped into the branch, Tyler's welcoming demeanor and professionalism put us at ease. He took the time to listen to our needs and reassured us that he would do everything possible to assist us with setting up the business account we required. Not only did Tyler provide us with outstanding customer service, but he also demonstrated genuine care and understanding. He accommodated our schedule and made himself available to address any questions or concerns we had. This location gets a four... Turn some music on.. no seriously.. I was third in line (waited 10m semi slow mo) Aside from, "how can I help you today?" It was way to silent.. I asked the teller, why it's so quiet? Y'all need to play some tunes. He chuckles, and says, I wish. So really why no music, even low would have been great!

Service was prompt and easy for me. I thought it was interesting that I had to ask for the information on my receipt since it was blank when I received it. Convenient location. I was disappointed that they only had one working pen at the counter so there were people behind me waiting to use the pen. None of the employees jumped in to offer another pen. I think it would be great if they had a collection of pens with accessible ink for people to use to make the process more efficient.

No problems with the drive through ATM. This location is open on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm which is nice for people that work during the week, and can't get off before they close.

This branch is great. Ivan Iordanov, and Eric Salazar run a very tight ship, they and almost every teller there always great me by name (and my wife and kids). They really took time to get to know us, our financial situations, and were able to recommend financial products that allowed us to move our business to its current location. They are very professional and work hard to manage both our personal and business banking. The are awesome.

This bank is the worst fonancial institution ive ever had to go to. Me and my wifes checks are drawn from this bank. They require to forms of id and after a state id a card with your name and no picture is allowed. But here they wont accept a atm card without a visa logo. The same card my wife has been using for 4 months. Management is garbage. The is another zion 2.3 miles down 23rd. Boycott these worthless ppl

The bank held a large deposit for almost a week. I couldn't get any help from the manager. I finally resorted to Twitter to get some attention. It took the office of the Vice President to remedy the situation. We will be moving from Zion's bank as well.
