-I went back today to get a refund. The man at the counter let me know that tonight they were cash only, and the machine wasn't working. I let him know about the Un-edible donuts I had gotten. I said I understood I could not get a refund right now because of the machine being down, so could I go get replacement donuts instead? He cut me off and kept saying he couldn't let me, and that I needed to come back at 7am to talk to the manager. I tried to ask to have them replace the donuts again, and he once again said no, and that I needed to come back at 7am. I then informed him, while being very openly annoyed, that I work in a lab, and work until 12:30am each day. I am not awake in the mornings. I can not come in at 7am. Finally he said okay to me just grabbing the two donuts. Him saying okay finally is why I gave this place back one star. But seriously? Who asks a customer to come back at 7am?-
I went in at 6:45pm today. I bought two bavarian cream donuts. Got home and took a bite. They are so stale that they were crunchy, and turned into powder. I tried to call to let them know, and make sure I get a refund tomorrow when I can make it back. But no one will answer the phone. 😡 This is disgusting.

The man who runs this shop always overcharges on refills and specials. Last straw was when I tried to buy a cupcake for the special price of .99 for 711 Reward Members, which I am. He rang me up for 2.99 and was trying to get me to cash in my reward points to get the deal, which is not how this works, and it still didn't even add up to the .99 deal. He raised his voice at me when I said it wasn't ringing up right. I just put the damn cupcake back and told him I don't think I'll be coming here again. And haven't. Now I frequent his competitors.

Went to this store this morning for my usual donut and coffee, this store charged me a dollar more than other 7-11's i go to. Along with the coffee area dirty, low selection of creamers, still using xmas cups,1 coffee pot looked like ther was mold in it, I quickly got my things and paid and left. I will go back to my regular 7 next time

usually have a really good experience at this store . I shop there frequently about 2-3 times a week. I went in to pick up some monsters cigarettes and chips along with a few other miscellaneous items. Got home and was disappointed to find out that my donuts were outdated they were from January 3rd 2023. To some people it doesn't seem like much however these donuts were really soggy and Gross and I will not be eating them so now I have to find another means for breakfast.. update today February 2nd went back and the owner allowed me to exchange them was really nice about it.

Stopped in for a quick drink and was over charged even though the ticket price on the shelf underneath the items for 2 rows showed that price. Honestly, no big deal just pointed it out because who wants to be overcharged. Except the cashier grabbed the drink and immediately walked with me all the way back to the freezers and told me to READ to prove that the price was marked correctly on a different shelf underneath different items.I will NEVER return to this location. And if you dont want to be treated poorly and overcharged I suggest you don't either.

Got 6 of the taquitos off the rollers and they all taste like a mix of hand sanitizer with cleaning chemicals. Couldn't even gag them down and had to throw them all away.

Teach the new people how to ring up Kratom. I have recovered from a truamatic 3 story drop to the ground & shattered my heel & 2 other bones including my sacrum, (back pelvis bone) & I walk to my favorite 711 for pain relief kratom. Well I walked there tonight 2 miles & the new guy didn't know how. It wasn't his fault but I then walked two miles back home. 4 mile walk with zero kratom for pain relief
