Customer service and the lack thereof. The food is undesirable and been on the warmer for way too long and they know that. Ask for a receipt because they are doing mischievous stuff.

Watch your transactions here. I noticed they charged me an extra $0.50 more than the prices listed. I had to ask them to correct it.

Came in tonight at 9:25 PM. Same older gentleman every time that I’m here. Seems to have an issue with me and cannot be cordial enough to do his job. He’s always got earbuds in and is very unfriendly, he’s always watching me in the store, as if I’m some sort of thief in the night.Tonight, as I was browsing the ice cream, and then Ramen section, he seem to have an issue with me, taking my time for my selection and shouted out to me from the front of the store, interrupting the conversation that my partner and I were having of as my position was in the back, asking how he can help me.I left without purchasing any goods, as I am very sick of his poor treatment of me for simply being a local in my own neighborhood looking for snacks. All in all, I’ve never had good service at this location there may have been one or two separate employees in the three year span,that I’ve lived in the neighborhood that have been decent.

Elder Arab cashier was very rude. He had his earphones in which caused him to intentionally ignore multiple customers, including myself. He proceeded to yell across the store to browsing customers aggressively and agitated. His annoyance seemed to have stemmed from having to get off his phone. I've had pleasant and frequent interactions at this location till now. The experience deterred me from purchasing anything from this location that day or ever again due to his nasty attitude.

Customer service is terrible in the morning. Wait and wait and wait. Worker will ignore you then act annoyed that you are there. Every morning. Will no longer be going here because of him and his lack of care.
