I can't say enough about this shop & everything they did to help us. We had our transmission start going out over a month ago. I brought it to them & they had no problem calling the warranty company multiple times a day staying on top of them to make sure we were taken care of. The first transmission the warranty company sent had a crack in it. So they once again started calling the warranty company & staying on top of it until they had it all figure out. The car has been running great now. They have won my business. I will be taking my truck into them now to have my transmission fluid changed. Freaking fantastic customer service & always calling with updates daily. Thank you Rick,Todd, & Zane for all of your help. I greatly appreciate it.

I needed some investigative worm to chase a couple problems down.
One issue quickly resolved and at an inexpensive fix. Couldn’t discover other problem, which was fine. What I liked is they didn’t invent some expensive fix just to get more money.

My family took a vacation down to Sandy from Boise, Idaho. Our car broke down along the way and the gentleman at this location went above and beyond to take care of us and make us feel safe. They helped us get financing since this was completely unexpected. We were able to get our car towed back to Idaho before getting the repairs done, but Rick and Zayn sent their diagnostic report over to the location near my house to help them get up to speed on what we were doing. These fellas are a godsend. Thank you again

The guys at the Sand store were great! I wasn’t able to get to them before they closed so I ask if I could pay over the phone and have them put the key in the truck and I would be down later to pick it up. I was leaving town and asked out they could have in done in time for me and they did a great job and got it done. Thanks guys I appreciate you very much

AAMCO has always provided quality and friendly service. They never recommend fixes that are unnecessary and they are most often done with jobs the same day the vehicle is dropped off. They also do a good job to give competitive quotes relative to other shops. I have appreciated working with the nice folks at the Sandy AAMCO.
