Caliber Collision was great to work with! I went through insurance and it wasn’t a problem! They were even able to fix up some things that I didn’t like from a previous repair I had done at a different shop and caliber collision more than exceeded my expectations.

Not even sure where to begin. I'd give even less stars if I was able.This place had my car in for minor repairs for a month and a half.The first pickup date upon inspection it was quickly noticed that they didn't even replace the weather stripping around the door/rear view mirror. You could literally see wires in the mirror housing.The second pick up date, about 2 weeks later after they installed weather stripping, I inspected further. They completely neglected a dent on the hood, and once I opened the hood I noticed that the repair to the headlight housing consisted of them GLUEING the mounting bracket (which snapped in half) back together. Completely unacceptable.Another 2 weeks later after fighting with insurance and this poor excuse of a repair shop, I go to pick up my vehicle for the third time. Shockingly everything actually seems ok and repaired.. BUT WAIT; I go to start the car to leave, and the battery is completely dead. They jumped it to get me out of there but the battery was toast. Now, to their benefit, the battery was getting old.. BUT if the car hadn't been sitting for 1.5 months.. who knows?Every time it was left there I was told it would be "just a few days to have it done"This was a "preferred shop" by American Family Insurance. DO NOT GO HERE. Trust me, find a different place. This is the last thing someone should have to endure after already going through an accident. I am still completely shocked that a shop like this has managed to stay in business longer than a month. You've been warned.I'll just go ahead and keep everyone updated here after their lightning fast response to a public review; they've been contacted Wednesday morning - still no response.FINAL UPDATE: Ive reached out as they requested and have not received any response. Clearly just trying to save face on their reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE.

We had to have some bodywork done on our Audi Q5 after the door was crushed in an accident. Caliber Collision was one of the partner body shops of our insurance company. The car was still drivable to take to the shop, but they did have the option to arrange towing. They also have a complimentary shuttle which is great!We didn’t have our car for over 3 weeks while it was being repaired. It was frustrating, but I understand that bodywork takes time. I did really appreciate that they kept you updated throughout the process of receiving parts, painting, reassembly, etc. After we got our car back, we noticed that the keyless entry was no longer working. We were able to bring it back and they repaired it.I originally wanted to give 4 stars because we had to return the car to get the keyless entry repaired, and also because that took longer than expected and I was there for nearly 2 hours while they worked on it. I was told it would be quick, but it wasn’t. That being said, not only did they take me back home in the shuttle, they also dropped our car off at our home when the repair was done which was great to not have to arrange another trip out. So they earned 5 stars! Overall, great experience.

Loved that the tech kept me updated with texts every couple of days. And I was able to text back and ask questions.The car looks great, and done reasonably quickly.

Mike and his team, where very professional and informative when they processed my claim on a Audi Q7. When I received my suv back it looks better than before. Eric the department manager went above and beyond to make sure my family and I got back to the rythem of our lives.
