Easily one of THE BEST experiences I’ve had with any company ever! My key fob got submerged in the Provo River and it wasn’t working. My mechanic suggested I go see these guys and I am sooo happy he did! First of all, the Subaru dealership was gonna charge me almost $500 for a new fob! I called and spoke to Michonne who was so helpful and told me the approximate price for a new one was around $250, and then told me to go get help from Ryan. From start to finish this company was so awesome! Ryan ended up fixing my fob for $21!!!! And I asked him to set aside another fob for me to come purchase to have just in case. This place saved me a crazy amount of money and provided the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time! Thanks guys!!!!

The older fellow who's been there for a while does good work and is pleasant to work with. He has cut a few different keys for me in the past for both a 4Runner and a motorcycle. The younger guy, not so much. He wasn't happy about me bringing in 2 of my own chipped keys which I purchased online to have them cut there. He informed me they won't guarantee those keys will work which I accepted knowing that risk already. What I didn't anticipate is that when I'd get them back they would be cut too narrow and now don't work at all, won't even turn. Which means the key isn't pushing the tumblers in far enough. The original key isn't that worn and is visibly wider than the ones I gave them to cut. There's no way of proving it but with how grumpy he was, to me it was obvious he just did it so I would have to buy one of their keys. Well kid, you earned yourself a scathing google review and ensured I personally will never return to support your business. Good job. Thanks for waisting my time and money.
To anyone else out there, if you buy keys online don't take them here to have them cut.
Update 4 days later:
Just adding these photos. The first one is the original key the second is one of the 2 copies. Notice the different in width measuring at the same point of the key.

Action Locksmith helped me solve an issue with the insturment cluster and keys in my car in about a half hour - the dealership had my car for two days and couldn't find a solution to the problem! Great service.

I went to this business because of its good references but I was treated very badly by a thin man with long hair who spoke very quickly and had no regard for my English, which is somewhat poor, in addition to a duplicate key that I had. He charged me $325.00 so I left there because that man made me feel very inferior and I went to "Superior Locksmith" where they treated me very well, very attentive and very friendly and they charged me $2.95 for the same key, so I saved $322.05 dollars .
I can afford to get two duplicates and even buy some keychains, I recommend them 322.05%, which was the money they saved me.

These guys are true professionals. Bent over backwards and had the knowledge to find me a key for a 1970s motorcycle that was long gone. Fair pricing and friendly. The long hair dude helped me start and the friendly short hair guy finished the job with expertise.

I had my "key fob" go out on my van, creating a very unpleasant evening stuck in my car. I knew I needed a "spare" and went to Action. This was a great choice! They took the old one, evaluated it and found why it was totally defective! Within a few minutes, they got me a new one and had it working. I was impressed with their knowledge, the kindness of both employees, and the time they took to explain things to me. I would definitely recommend them!

The attitude of the white-haired man who serves very poorly and not even saying that he said good morning back nor being able to give a 6 lock quote in an email, made him lose $800 + for being angry or simply his bad attitude.go to another where they are well cared for better

I really don't like to write bad reviews. But that experience what I went through I would like to share with everyone. November 24, I bought the car and same day bought the valet key from the Honda dealership, when dealership started cut my key, they ask me what kind of cut I prefer to have on my valet key, like open only driver door and ignition, or open all locks, I said for all locks. December 1, I brought to Action Locksmith this location my valet key (one week old form dealer) and aftermarket key blank what I purchase from Inernet and ask the cut me key from my valet key , Old man said he can't do that because it's valet key, but I told him it's a brand new key from the dealer and it's been cut for all the locks in this car, then he said it's not true and this key is old and it won't open even glow box, he was arguing with me for couple minuets, my blood started boil and I said lets go I'll open the glow box with this key, after I open it, he never apologized that he was rude, or anything he just cut my key, and when I tried to turn ignition it won't turn, after he fix something with key, I was able to turn ignition. The managers have to teach this old man how to talk to costumers specifically don't raise the voice. Please let me know (Owners or managers of this location) if you need more information about this situation.

I've used these guys for years for personal and business needs. Never had a complaint and have always gotten very good quality. Recently had to have extra house keys made and the kids got them at Home Depot, Walmart and Ace Hardware. None of them worked! So I had 6 made at action and they all worked like brand new. They cost a little more than the big box places but the quality is worth 10 times more. I'll never use the others (mentioned above) again.Had to have a new keys with built-in fobs made up for a Dodge Journey and a Ford Expedition. They did them fast and right. Just for kicks, I called 4 other places and found, without ever getting a quote, that the price Action gave me was the best. On the one, they were 50% less.This is my only place to go for keys and locks.

I should have come here first. Home Depot and Ace couldn’t find my 06 GMC Canyon key to copy it and the gentleman here literally made a copy of the key in like 30 seconds (probably an overestimate), it works great, and it cost me $5. Incredible. New key pictured.
