The girls working were quiet, didn’t say anything other than hi when I walked in and there was an INCREDIBLY strong smell of paint. The only sign they had up was one saying that the fitting room was closed. Other than that there was nothing indicating that they were painting where that you couldn’t shop an entire third of the store, including their bra section, which for me was the only reason that I came in. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I want to sincerely thank Thalia and Emma at Aerie for delivering truly outstanding customer service—something that’s becoming all too rare in retail today.
Both went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and taken care of. They were not only kind and professional, but also incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. It was clear they genuinely cared, and that made all the difference.
Thalia and Emma, thank you for making my visit to Aerie such a positive one. You both represent the gold standard of what great service looks like. Aerie is lucky to have you!

I just want to give a shout out to the girls working at Aerie at Southtowne Mall the evening of Wed, Dec 4. I have been to this store in the past and have felt completely ignored forcing me to ask for help. This was not the case last night. It was a slow evening and I benefited from the professionalism and friendliness of not 1 but 3 girls in assisting me with my needs. I personally lead a retail establishment and would be delighted to have any of these girls on my staff. Keep up the good work girls!

Carli was the one that helped me and she was so amazing! I went and picked up an online order and she let me know that it was buy one get one free and helped me with my order! She was so helpful, nice and so cute!

Every time I go in I don't get greeted or helped. They are always on their phones and ignoring everyone. You can order your stuff thru the American Eagle next door. American Eagle gives you good customer service. Or order online.

I came into Aerie looking for clothes for my spouse, and I was super happy when I was greeted right away by the ladies at the desk. Carli and alyssa were super helpful with helping me find clothes. I’ll be coming back.

Walked in about 4:25 on Saturday and all 4 employees were behind cash looking at cell phones I didn’t get greeted or offered any kind of help so I left. I’m sure they lost lots of money for back to school weekend due to lack of customer service.

The only store that didn’t open on time. The girl even saw me standing outside at 11, and she was just on her phone.Didn’t open the door until 11:06? sure it’s basically only five min but the fact that she saw me and didn’t open it at the time they were suppose to open

They were running some great deals the other day. The salesperson who helped me was super nice. I've worked retail before, so I know that they have to hit certain points with every sale, so I didn't really mind.

All the employees were so kind and helpful and the dressing rooms were VERY comfortable and made the experience so fun. The lady (manager I think) with crazy curly grey ish hair was so kind and helpful and sweet.
