I came into this store earlier today, and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the store looked considering how busy it was! The two girls who were working today were super nice and helpful. However, I did witness a customer yelling at one of the employees, the employee stayed calm and professional the entire time, even though you could tell they were on the verge of tears. I have a 16 year old daughter that just got her first retail job and as a mother I wished I had stepped in because if that was my daughter I would go full mama bear mode on that rude woman!

The employees are very young and too immature to be managing a store by themselves. They need some serious training on customer service.

Terrible customer service I was the only one in the store and couldn’t get any help. The only other person in the store was the manager.

I couldn’t find any employees to help open a dressing room. Finally I found one laying on the floor playing on her phone. She wasn’t thrilled to get up in help I won’t be coming back.

Started school shopping early because of the great prices. Had all the sizes because of new items that just came in.
