All Paws treated my boy Ferret Bueller with the upmost respect and care. In under a week from his passing, they had him ready to be picked up. The staff was unbelievably kind when I picked him up and made sure I was okay and to let them know if I had any questions. While I will say it is a little pricier than other places, you will 100% get good care for your animals.

The loss of my most beloved fur baby was, and still is, completely heart breaking. Making the decision to be merciful and say goodbye to her was the most difficult decision I ever made. Courtney helped me with plans for my sweet girls' urn and I appreciate how she handled everything with me. Kind, compassionate and sympathetic. I'd give her 5 stars. When it was time to pick up my beloveds' urn, there were several other people doing the same thing. There were two employees taking care of getting the parting bags to everyone: a guy and a girl. When it was my turn, the guy - Branden - "helped" me. It looked like he had dust all over his baseball hat and hoodie. I could have been picking up my dry cleaning. He behaved like he couldn't have cared less. He went in the back for my bag. Then, his parting words, after asking me for ID and a signature was "now you're ready to rock and roll". This interaction is why I am giving this review and why there are so few stars.

I lost my sweet Ryder on 1/27. He was euthanized at AVC and the cremation was done here at all paws. They sent the cutest urn and his paw print and a cremation certificate. That also sent a really amazing smelling little candle which was so sweet. Thank you guys for helping ease the pain of this horrible grief

I lost my dear, sweet little cat, Panther Friday after Thanksgiving. I choose to have her cremated with All Paws as my veterinarian recommended this company. Her urn I chose wasn’t available right away, however they let me take her home in a silk bag until it was to come. I was so relieved to have her home with me and Mirabelle was great at updating me of the urn’s eta. I brought her back to All Paws crematorium, and they placed her ashes in the urn I had ordered, and it was well worth the wait. They were very understanding and caring during this very emotional time. I am extremely grateful for their sympathy. They also provided great resources for dealing with the grief of losing one of our dear little angels.

I’ve been in dogs for over 39 years and without a doubt, these guys treated my Gelsey beautifully. And she was returned to me in a beautiful manner. Thank you.

We lost our 5 year old English Mastiff Palmer to cancer on 9/15/23. Our vet uses All Paws for cremation services which is what we chose to do with our boy. They provided us with information on how the process works and by the time we left the vet we already had the email link to make our decisions on Palmers after care. It was very simple which was nice because it was the worst day of my life. Because of his size, the only urn option that he would fit in was a basic cedar box. We planned on purchasing a larger metal urn separately and transferring him when we got his ashes. We received his ashes today (9/28/23) and I am so incredibly pleased. The box was absolutely beautiful and I don't think we are going to transfer him now after all. He was delivered to us very carefully packaged. We also purchased a paw print and it is also beautiful in a nice frame with his name engraved on it. There was a lovely card enclosed with the date of his cremation on it along with a scented candle and information on grief support. This has been the hardest thing I have gone through. Palmer was my soul dog and my very best friend. His life was cut so short and it is so unfair. I appreciate the cremation part being handled so easily and the care they took of my precious boy.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Will not take payments in advance to save you having to deal with the financial burden and the anxiety of paperwork and big decisions at the time of your loss despite being a previous prepay customer .... It's almost like they don't want your money.... Paws in heaven however was more than happy to set up an appointment with me to go over the paperwork and accept my payment in advance

Thank you for treating my Honey girl with the upmost respect. I received her ashes in a timely manner alongside her paw print perfectly placed in a frame with her name. This process is hard enough so thank you for taking care of this part.

Thank you, Chris, and the team at All Paws for treating my baby boy with the utmost dignity and respect that he deserved. My dog was my world, and at All Paws, was treated as such. I was really blown away at the compassion the staff extended to us. I got to bring my boy home today, all thanks to All Paws. i highly recommend them.

We live next door to this place and it's disgusting how they smoke out the neighborhood during the day! Burn at night guys, have a little thoughtfulness for your neighbors. It can't be healthy and if it keeps going this way we are contacting the health department. We've taken photos of body bags left around, smoke filling our home when the wind blows. Too close to others, I'm shocked they're not out by the dump somewhere.

When my girl Harley died, I was so distraught at the vet I could hardly communicate my wishes for her cremation and ashes. All I remember saying was I wanted "the cheapest option" because my goal was just to get home, mourn, and have time to think a fitting memorial at a later date. Also in my grief, I was upset we hadn't received more than a lock of hair from the vet before her body was removed.I say all that to say: what I received from All Paws was wonderful. "The Cheapest Option" was a lovely cedar box with her name etched in it. Very fitting for her, and I will not be looking for an alternate solution. Secondly, when I called All Paws to request they send some fur with the urn, they were incredibly compassionate, understood my grief, and promised to send as much as I wanted. They did also make good on that promise. With the situation entirely considered, I am 100% pleased with the care and quality of service I received from All Paws. I will use them again when that unfortunate day arrives, and I thank them for understanding my pain and meeting my grieving needs. Thank you!

My sweet Baby died on July 2nd and her remains, as well as a ceramic paw print and an ink paw print, were returned to me on August 2nd. I took her body to Advanced Veterinary Care and they sent her here for cremation, so I was expecting for there to be a longer delay before I received her remains. Being able to see my babies paw prints again made me more emotional than I was expecting and I am so glad I was able to get them. Losing a pet is extremely difficult and having items to remember her by has made it more bearable. Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet Baby!

Our dog and best buddy past unexpectedly on July 4th. We trusted our vet's recommendation to use All Paws for the cremation. Today we received the ashes, memorial urn (box) and the certificate stating he was cremated on July 5th. All in all, we are very happy with the service and respect delivered by All Paws & their staff.

A complete mess. My beloved dog passed on a Friday, and I called All Paws for a cremation appointment. Since they “didn’t have any until Monday”, they advised me to “keep her in a cool place” until I could bring her in on Monday. What? They apparently don’t have a morgue, and I don’t have a hunting freezer / fridge.I went to Major Street Pet Services instead. They treated my beloved with the respect she deserves.Unbelievable money grab this place is. No compassion, and you somehow need to accommodate their schedule, bizarrely.
