Not sure what’s going on here but we wanted to buy a shirt that was on a mannequin. We had tried it in another color and knew we wanted it. They would not take the stupid thing off of the mannequin stating that they couldn’t unless it was the last one and on clearance. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That is absolutely insane and I’m convinced the girl was just being lazy. Apparently AE doesn’t want to sell their clothes. If this is an actual policy then obviously they are only worth buying if they hit clearance because they are still making money this way.

I went to AE the other day and it was an overall great experience! I was looking around at some button ups and one of their employees Mimi helped me out a ton! If yall go to this AE, I would highly recommend getting her to help because she helped me with all of my questions and concerns! Everyone else was nice and all but I felt like I was a priority with this employee! Very clean and chill place to browse about too🙌🏼

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Nicole, who I believe was a manager at this location. She was so sweet and helpful when it came to both my own and my mother's questions about deals and availability in items. She handled everything with grace and I'm so thankful that she worked with us on finding the best deals while we were shopping there. Nicole, you ROCK and know that your personality and willingness to help is very much appreciated! Kudos to her and her staff.
