The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and were able to help diagnose the issue with my washer based off of the part and the video. Prices are fantastic, and once I got the part installed everything worked great.

Great experience working with this company. Technician called prior to the appointment and was on time. Diagnosed the issue in less than 15 minutes. Didn't have the part in hand but a few days later we were back up and running. Technician was friendly and professional. 5 stars.

This review will be short because the Appliance Man was so amazingly efficient. The guy came in on schedule, diagnosed the problem within minutes, fixed it quickly and left. No complaints.

I think my salespersons name was mati and she was one of the nicest people I have worked with. I bought a fridge and a stove. Unfortunately my fridge did have an issue but they took care of my problem without complaint. I definitely recommend getting your appliances here. When I'm looking for appliances I will always get them from here.

Ben came and repaired our electric dryer that was no longer heating. He was fast, efficient, and informative. On top of that he was very personable which made talking to him very enjoyable. He is a top-notch technician.
