DO NOT go to this store—it’s an absolute nightmare! I got scammed by an associate (I will not name names but have been told multiple people are going through the same situation) who flat‑out lied about how my bill would be handled. I was told that they needed to open 5 lines (when we needed only 3) and it would make my bill cheaper. Now I’m stuck paying for two extra unused lines—over $1,000 in pointless charges—while one of those lines is financing my phone. Their system is a complete black hole. Zero accountability, zero names for whom to contact. The Regional Manager? Silent. All I get is “it’s in their hands,” yet no response. AT&T corporate has stepped in and say they’ve emailed the Regional Manager multiple times, but crickets. Because this nightmare started at the third party store, corporate has told me they have to go through them to get it resolved, however there are zero updates from the satellite store on the situation or when it will be resolved. Why can’t we talk to anyone who knows what is going on?! Do not waste your time or money at this store. They’re shady, incompetent, and absolutely not worth it.

Went in to the store for because I was having trouble at the nearby Sandy store and they helped me here with everything I needed great customer service would definitely recommend coming here !! Thank you guys

I went to the store at 9306 So. Village Shop Dr. and was helped by Felix Gomez in the purchase of a new phone. He provided amazing customer service with his great people skills. He took his time and set me up with a much better plan for less cost then I had when I walked in. He went out of his way to ask if I was a military veteran and applied a discount to my monthly payment. I feel as if I made a friend. AT&T you have a great employee please take care of him.

Felix, the manager was so awesome! I am not tech savvy at all. I had switched to AT&T with some sales people in Target, but it was all messed up. I went into the AT&T store and Felix took his time and made sure everything was set up and working correctly. He was busy and he still took care of me and made sure everything was switched over and working ( I had 5 lines). I would recommend the Sandy location!! Great service which is hard to come by!! Thank you Felix!!!!

I wish I could give 1000 stars for Jesus, I went in today with my grandmother who has had the same phone for years and was wanting to get an Apple Watch, she walked out with not only a watch but a new phone and she was so happy, there were no surprise fees, Jesus was very upfront about everything and was soooo patient with her and explaining everything. She has been with AT&T for as long as it’s been AT&T and this just proves why she stays with them. I’m wanting to now switch my family over. Because of your amazing employee you have a lifetime customer. I truly have never had such a great experience at a phone store. He deserves all the praise he can get. Don’t let that type of employee ever leave. Thank you Jesus for being so helpful today!

I’ve been waiting outside since one pm today in horrific heat to try and get help from this location. It’s now 3:30 and no one has even been in the store this entire time. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for some help and why do the store hours say open if you won’t be in the store. This is insane. I have seen multiple other customers attempt to enter the store and they also find it closed. You have lost so much business today. I will be switching to TMobile across the street who is open and willing to help.

Jackson lied to me about a promotion with my new phone and then gaslit me when I tried to call and fix the problem. He also lied to me about his regionals email and contact info. I will never buy another product from ATT. the customer service is absolute trash here

Jaxson was phenomenal ! He took care of 5 customers at a time with a smile and made everyone laugh. What a good experience. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with AT&T. Jaxon made me feel comfortable with all my purchases and that I would see any extra fees on my bill! He is an AT&T most valuable employee for sure! Thanks Jaxson.
