Edwin has been AMAZING to work with! He helped me with a complicated billing situation that started at one of the satellite stores. He has been nothing but kind, understanding, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you Edwin for everything you are doing to help, your efforts have not gone unnoticed. 5 stars for Edwin!! Review for Store at 11316 S State Street
I had a great experience at this location thanks to Edwin, the assistant who helped me. I was very satisfied with the assistance he provided—he was the only one who truly understood my issue and offered an effective solution. Edwin was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to resolve my concern. A truly excellent employee! I highly recommend this store based on the quality of service I received.

I had the most wonderful customer service experience with AT&T!! Thank you to the amazing store manager and to Ernesto for helping my partner and I switch carriers, despite the overwhelming challenges we faced with our old provider, we left AT&T feeling like we just got welcomed into a new family! This location truly has a team of rockstars and I couldn't be more grateful for all of the help we received. Thank you!

I had the screen go out randomly on a phone I bought from this location last year. It would not come back on. When we took the phone into the store, staff were not helpful and said they could only get a new phone if we pay this one off first. How about they sell me a phone that doesn't quit after a year? Terrible service, do not use.

This was my second visit in 24 hours because I was upgrading my phone. Both times I came to the store the salesmen were knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell that my business was important to them. I highly recommend this location.
