Horrible rental company. Yes, they may be cheaper than Enterprise but their quality and costumer service is awful. We rented an SUV for our family trip ended up paying over $400 to end up with tire damage due to a leaky tire. The whole idea of renting a vehicle is to enjoy our vacation and be stress free. This is ridiculous.

While the rental process was easy and the car was nice, I was charged additional hidden fees that are not mentioned in the rental agreement. Just be wary and check your receipts to make sure you’re not being charged for something you shouldn’t be. Updated: I am updating due to them finally removing the charge after multiple back and forth emails. Will not give a higher review as the hidden charge shouldn’t be there in the first place. You shouldn’t be penalized for not driving the rental car enough.

I originally had a reservation to pick up my rental on Friday the 11th. I'm packing my dad up and moving him to CA from UT and on Thursday, I realized that we wouldn't be ready for the car on Friday, so I called and asked if he can adjust my pickup to Saturday, instead. He told me to cancel my current reservation and rebook for a Saturday pickup, so I did.
Meanwhile, I just received a $50 no-show fee for the car I AM CURRENTLY driving. ***NOT TO MENTION, it had a slowly leaking rear tire. I called frantically this morning before packing my dying father into the van and got no answer from the local store. So I called roadside emergency and the best they could do is have me install the spare (that I couldn't find since I had loaded the entire van up) or return it. Since I'm on a race for time and with someone that needs medical attention, I didn't have an option to wait for a new van (and no one answered the 5 calls I made, anyhow), so I just took the damn van to the closest tire shop and had them fix the flat..
This tire also happened to be the only one without a cap on the air valve, so it's likely been an issue with this car and they gave me an unsafe vehicle. No more AVIS and I don't recommend them to anyone

Update: I contacted Avis about the errant charges and they reversed them. Thank you for taking care of your customers.
Original: They charged me a fuel surcharge when I returned the vehicle with a full tank (I filled up a very short distance from the airport). They also added a few other fees that were not part of the estimate. Not a good experience.

I rented a car because mine was in the shop. I had to take my dog to the emergency vet, I read the terms and conditions and it said nothing about it. I received a call they want to charge me up to $300 to have it vacuumed. And now he won’t return messages. Needless to say I’m livid. 🤬😡

Was in and out, easiest experience I’ve had with a rental place. Ray was super friendly too and almost $300 dollars cheaper than another big name rental place

Had to use my husband's CC because my card got declined. When I went to go switch it to my CC, Ray didn't know how to. He didn't even know how to switch my Wizard #. He said they are their own franchise and I would have to go to the one at the airport to get it fixed. Next time I'll go to the airport for a rental.

Canceled a rental because they couldn’t facilitate it, they refunded me then almost a month later charged me the full prepay amount when I never recieved the rental, actually I have the cancelation email still! I would go to enterprise, that’s where I went they treated me 100 times better with 100 times better service
