Do not move here unless you are okay with intense floodlights being on at all hours of the day, every single day. Even better, I was told this was expected, and how things will be long term. So unless you are okay with lights so bright and unprotected they will light up your entire place from the outside, you should really look elsewhere.
Edit: Even better, if you live right next door to the apartments, they consider you to not even be part of the community. So if you are one of the people who appreciates flood lights which brightly light up four floors as bright as an indoor light, this is your place.

One of the worst management I have ever seen.Before I moved into this apartment I checked the reviews .all of em are negative.even though the management convinced me to lease it.i don’t have an option bcoz my work place near to this apartment .
the receptionist are not friendly .
they just ignore everything .whatever you ask they will tell talk to the manager .
the corridors are always dirty and smells bad .
Gym maintenance is not good you feel suffocated
I got a 2 bed room lease they gave me only one allocated spot.i have an extra car .they said I can park anywhere but only first come first serve they say.i never find a parking spot after I come back to home from my work .so I have to park some where else on the road.i got citation from the city bcoz I parked in no parking area bcoz I didn’t find any parking spot
I recommend don’t plan to move into this apartment

They have nice apartments but it is not worth it when it comes to moving out. This company charges everyone outrages move out charges and then refuses to provide evidence of damages. They will keep your security deposit and then charge you hundreds of dollars on top of that. When I asked for photo documentation of the alleged damages they ignored my multiple emails and sent my account to collections. I left that apartment spotless and damage free yet they accused me of having $900 worth of repairs. If you look into other reviews they do this to all their residents at move out. Dishonest and horrible company to work with.

When we paid they said we could use all the amenities, pool table, gym and pool. But this is the third time that they have closed the pool table to people and the pool is dirty, it doesn't seem like they clean it. (We had to buy pool cues because the only time we went they didn't even have that) and the jacuzzi has been out of service for a month but they don't lower the price to charge

If I could give negative stars, I would.
They’re Jekyll when you move in and Hyde when you move out.
There are so many issues that it can’t all fit in a google review, so I’ve included it in the photos.
TLDR: out of the 6 apartments that I’ve lived in, this is the worst and it’s not even close. You’re nothing to them but a dollar sign and they will make living here as difficult and painful as possible.

Maintenance crew specifically Tony, and Andrew have been great! They are both personable and get the job done, and are both very polite and nice! As for apartments they are very nice inside and Jenn the manager was great with my move in process! The gym is a little small but super nice as well! Re-writing review for only 4 stars because the receptionists was not helpful when I moved in.

Horrible place to rent with terrible communication. They sent an email on the 14th about parking being limited and that areas needed to be cleared, but they gave less than 15 hours notice. I was out of town and came back on the 15th around 8 AM to find my vehicle had been towed, even though three other cars in the same area weren’t. I had to pay $303 to get my car out of the tow yard! They gave only 15 hours' notice? TRASH!!! And when I asked for reimbursement, they said no. There’s nothing in the lease about giving less than 24 hours notice before doing something like this. And that’s just one issue. The cable machine at the gym was broken for more than two months before they finally fixed it. Elliptical machine is broken for more than 3 months and they didn’t fix it or replace it. I would encourage you to stay away from this place and find another place to rent. I’d love from them to respond and argue about anything listed above LOL. They might say we posted a newsletter on each door last week and it was mentioned in it.. THEY DIDN’T!! If you posted last week why didn’t you send an email then? I asked is there any email sent beside this 15hrs notice email? Answer is NOOO

I have some friends that live here and I just live around the corner. The apartment's are really nice. Everyone that works here, management, maintenance even the delivery drivers that deliver here are great! The pool and hot tub are always clean, the only problem I have is every time I go over to get in the hot tub it seems like they're always working on it. But when I'm not planning on getting in the hot tub it's always working. It appears the Gods are against me! One huge shout out. I know there are a lot of dogs ? that live here, and no matter what the grounds are always cleaned up! Always! I walk by here with Mara at least 3 times a day and we walk on the grass most of the time and 10 months of walking these grounds with Mara and I have, very, very rarely stepped in dog poop. I think the residents and the ground crew do an excellent job of keeping these grounds cleaned up. This complex even supplies bags from numerous spots on the grounds!

I have waited to put something into here. But i can confirm trash is in the breezeways the way they are cleaned obviously doesn’t work. Stains still remain and dog waste is also not well monitored. Some maintenance crew are hard working like Andrew and Manuel however the office staff and maintenance lead leave a lot to be desired. I swear they seem nice to the face but spiteful behind the back. Also luxury living apartments what a joke. What’s luxurious about them. They offer the same benefits most places have and the other one places do them better
