So I think the point is clear that this is the best Bohme location EVER!!! The employees are so sweet especially when it comes to helping you out finding sizes and the perfect style for you! If you’re looking to go to this location I definitely recommend because I know for a fact these employees got your back. Thank you so much to all the ladies working at Bohme at South Town!

I love this store so much! The employees are so nice and genuine. The clothing always looks so flattering and the quality is amazing. On my recent visit, Emily helped me and treated me with such kindness and respect. Even though the store was busy, I felt like I was the only one there. Their customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond for their customers. I will continue to rave about my experience and recommend my friends and family to this location.

Emily treated us like shiz at the bohme at south town. She made us feel less than every other person in the store! Is meaning my sister, my mom, and I. They were kicking us out of our dressing rooms to give it to other people that hadn’t been waiting as long as us. We weren’t the only ones that thought she was being ridiculous, there were other people in the store that didn’t buy stuff because of the way she treated us. And then my mom was going my to spend a lot but left the store because of the way she treated us.

I have always loved visiting Böhme. They have some clothes that are just my style and that I can't find elsewhere. Also, they are typically priced pretty well, especially for a boutique. As Mountain View Village has been evolving, I have gotten more obsessed with the stores they are bringing to the area. One of those stores I am referring to, is without a doubt, Böhme. Upon walking in, they have these massive doors and windows that make it feel more like a castle than a retail store. The presentation of the products is great and I feel like the employees do a wonderful job making it look clean. The one downfall is that the clearance section is kind of all over the place, as clearance sections usually are. I am an architecture geek and I point it out in my reviews when I see it. This store in particular looks incredible. They have beautiful archways and lighting throughout. When I am thinking about going to Böhme, I will definitely choose this location over others!

Had the worst experience at this store today. Went to return a gift for a store credit and the store manger, Abbey, returned everything to the original card which I had asked her not to do. I just wanted to get a store credit because the clothes were a Christmas gift and they didn’t have the sizes I needed to exchange. She admitted that she had messed up but said there was nothing she could do about it. Abbey is clearly not competent to be a store manager. I will never shop at this location again. Worst experience.

So sad! Return policy stinks. Associate didn’t remove security tag. By the time I could return the item they wouldn’t even do an exchange.

My girlfriend bought a shirt here on a Monday night, brought it back Tuesday with the receipt and re tied the tag perfectly back onto the shirt and they told us we could not return the shirt because the tag had been taken off. Such bs and absolutely ridiculous. I have never in my life taken a tag off and not been able to return something the very next day. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never be shopping here again, also means basically a no return policy. Terrible quality shirt to begin with. That’s why we were returning it. So uncomfortable and itchy. Made with terrible materials.

I usually love this store however this time I was very disappointed in the customer service I had received by Emily the manager. My daughter had purchased me some items for my birthday and unfortunately they didn't fit. I just wanted to exchange them for a bigger size and she couldn't help me because they were Final Sale. My daughter didn't know this and was looking for a good deal so she could get me something. I don't understand why they couldn't just exchange the size they had several in stock and I was planning on spending more my birthday money on other items, but instead left disappointed with pants that don't fit and out the money. However, Emily (the manager ) said I could donate them to the Desert Industries. Thanks maybe I will shop there or take my business elsewhere because it was clear she wasn't eager to help me or sell any thing else. Pretty woman moment for sure!
