If you’re hoping to actually see a vet here, bring a tent and some snacks because chances are your appointment will mysteriously vanish so someone can enjoy yet another “extended lunch break.” We’ve had our appointments canceled more times than this clinic has probably refilled a water bowl.
I get that everyone needs to eat, but maybe don’t schedule clients during mealtime if the vet tech’s lunch is apparently a national holiday. Pets don’t get healthier waiting around for reschedules, and neither do their humans’ schedules magically clear up just because your staff wants extra dessert.
We love our pets, and we expect their care to be treated with at least a fraction of the seriousness your team gives to lunchtime. Sadly, this place made it clear where their priorities lie and it isn’t with the animals.

I hate it here. When we took in our cat, the doctor who saw us said, “sorry I don’t usually work at this location and it’s a mess.” Should’ve left right then. I’ve grown up with pets all my life, and never have we ever given our pet to the vet and left for a checkup. It’s weird. You wouldn’t do that to your kid. Also you can see the metal cages they keep the pets in the back - they animals look so depressed.
Anyways, we trusted the doctor to run a test - costing us $200 - and we’re promised we’d get a call a few days later. We were also charged upfront for the follow up visit we’d scheduled.
When we showed up for our follow up visit two weeks later, we were told that we had to pay before the doctor saw our cat. We also were told they never ran the tests. They took our cat to the back, they came back shaking like a leaf - we were told that they were passing it around in the back - and that the doctor hadn’t even seen the cat bc we were disputing the billing. Awful awful experience. Go anywhere else.

Poor service and communication. Quoted me twice over the phone $400 and was more than double in person. Manager unwilling to remedy their own incorrect quote. Very unwilling to work with patient needs

My puppy recently got a tooth removed. The staff was so amazing before, during, and after! I was really nervous about the surgery and they made sure to address anything I could think of. On top of that they called to check in afterwards several times so we were able to closely monitor how my girl was doing together. This way we were able to tell that she needed a different medication for some bladder issues, and of course they got that resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job and keeping my puppy safe and happy!!

Always great, friendly, helpful staff. THANKS DONALD for cleaning my little Lucky's #2 accident. You guys always have Lucky with less anxiety than when I dropped him off. I appreciate it so much. BANFIELD has been great to my dogs. Highly recommend them.

We had to put our dog down and it was a dog of the family for 14 years. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful in a super stressful moment when my family was at there worse.
Saddier was a complete joke when he came into the room and showed he didnt care about us. He continue to talk down to us and was rude and disrespectful in front of our two long daughters. I cant believe a company would allow someone like him to work for them. Especially when they should care about there customers, especially once that are losing a family member.
After we asked for someone else he went and told the manger we were the disrespectful one. When the office manager came in she defended his actions and told us it was our issue to deal with. She even told us maybe we could have asked the question better because he had a language barrier.
In a moment when a family is so vulnerable this is so inappropriate. They both made us feel trapped in a bad situation and made so much stress in a super stressful moment.
After they figured out the issue was their fault and they were wrong they tried to change the tone but it was to late. It made us saying goodbye to our dog so much harder.
I would never recommend using this clinic

Staff was great, location is good. The issue is with whoever up in corporate is adding fees to EVERYTHING. We were charged $100 for a $40 vaccine because of all the undisclosed fees that were added onto it. Go to Petco and use their vaccine clinic. Skip banfield.

My dog needed emergency surgery that I could not afford at the ER, banfield squeezed us in last minute and offered services at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and took good care of my dog, we are just so grateful! They literally saved my dogs life, just days before my sons birthday and weeks before Christmas losing our girl would have been devastating. I’ll never forget the team there and what they did for us!

I've had consistently bad experiences with this Banfield for over the past year. I don't expect top notch quality or service out of Banfield, but I do expect them to provide the services I pay for and not give rude customer service. I will not be returning to this Banfield location.
