Phenomenal service! The minute I walked in the door Jaden gave me amazing customer service he was right there ready to help me out I felt completely cared for. The store was very organized. Karlee helped me out she was fantastic. I'm grateful for my experience there today. ❤️

Brennan was so sweet helping me dig through sale bins to find my favorite scent I was desperate for. She was super helpful and told me about using the app to save and get coupons and points. Thank you! :)

We were in last night for the $9.95 candle sale. The store was busy, but really well stocked. Lots of candles to choose from. The staff was constantly stocking and offering to assist customers. They actually had four cash registers open, so there was virtually no waiting time. Plus, it's always nice to stack coupons (I used two) A very nice Saturday evening Christmas shopping experience .

My favorite place to buy candles that actually smell and love their wallflowers too ❄️? ?waiting for candle sale on 12/1/23 . Best time to stock up on candles and Christmas shop for people .

Sale was misleading. Was told I store by one employee inclusions of the sale and when I got up to check multiple items were almost triple the cost. At first I did check out but immediately turned back and returned the items. Still didn’t get my free items as part of the buy 3 get one free sale. Extremely disappointed.
