My husband and I used to shop here all the time, all locations in Utah County and SLC. But DREAD going in now because for some reason all the employees are sooooooo exhausting. You cannot think or even look around for literally 5 seconds without them being ALLLLLLL up in your space. It completely ruins this store for us. Which is unfortunate. I don’t know what changed (maybe they are only paid on commission) is what it feels like. But it’s TOO much. It was never like this until they “revamped” the store and changed everything to only men’s wear. Weve told sales employees there that we are good we don’t need any help and they still continue to be all up in your space. We’ve also had many friends & family experience the same thing. Bronxton, you were a great store, but you’ve got to do something with the customer service. It’s so uncomfortable, we all feel like we can’t breathe. We just end up giving it a try and get exhausted within a minute. No joke. It’s just awful ? And all the insane price increase is a little excessive. Saying this as the exact same clothing and materials are found elsewhere for half the price they just don’t have the Bronxton logo.

I purchased a bracelet for my wife’s birthday from Bronxton, and after giving the bracelet to her she tried it on, then went to remove the bracelet and the rubber band on the inside of the bracelet broke and beads went everywhere, I gathered them up to return the bracelet to the store, the person working offered to send it back to where they get the bracelets from but there are no guarantees they can fix it, so I asked can I exchange it for another item and pay more money, he told me all there sales are final and there is nothing they can do for me besides trying to send it back.
Beware of there shady sales practices, nothing in the store mentions final sale, they just stamp that on the receipt after purchase.
I will never buy anything from this retailer again.
Even with the receipt saying 30 day exchange the final sale stamp overrides that.
All there clothing in the store has this same policy.

The store is great. I love the style but, apparently you can return things if you decide you want a different size. I shop at the university mall in Orem. I bought a shirt there that was $159.00. When I got home I tried it on and decided I wanted a different size. My wife took it back and apparently the guy helping her was a jackass. Questioned her on why she wanted a different size and asked if I wore it. When he finally let her exchange sizes he said this was final and cut the tags. Like I said I like the cloths and the style but, service sucks. There are plenty of other stores out there. I wouldn’t recommend you shop.

I have always loved the store! I love the atmosphere, and I love its fashion. Today I walked in and I met one of the most amazing and authentic person yet— Bethan. She is an absolute rockstar. You could tell she really enjoyed the work she did. She really advocated how great the brand was and how passionate the owners were about what they did. It was super refreshing to meet someone who enjoyed what she did. I felt like I could trust her because she was so honest. Thank you for helping me revamp my style and boost my confidence. DAVID. that's all this review really needs.I wanted to help a friend with his wardrobe and ended up wandering the mall, clueless on what to get him, Then we found Bronxton. Immediately upon entering the store we were greeted and engaged in nice conversations that evolved into styles, layering, colors, and fashion. David was able to help my friend find two outfits and give great advice on how to supply and style his wardrobe. Incredibly knowledgeable staff and super friendly!

I used to love coming to this store, they had some nice clothing that I would wear all the time. However, EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I go there I am harassed by the employees asking me 100 questions and making it impossible to shop or just browse. I went to their other locations like fashion place, city creek, and south town; they are all the same it is so uncomfortable. They also increased their perfume/cologne by 35% for the same bottle, when asked why the price went up an employee said "the owners just did it, we told them not to but they said it would be good for business." seems like everyone just works on commission and the store has gotten greedy. Their selection is now mostly cheap t-shirts with corny logos, overpriced sweat pants, and turtle neck hell.

I want searching frantically for a bracelet to purchase, to give to my little sister to gift to my older brother. (Complicated situation, I know ) I went to Bronxton out of curiosity and Aspen was so helpful. She genuinely did all she could do to help me find my bracelet and she saved me so much time. This store is great, and I'd recommend it for some streetwear essentials. That being said, Aspen had wonderful customer service and she deserves a raise.
