On a Friday evening only one extremely slow cashier is open! Waited in line for 30 minutes. Usually they will have 20 + customers at a time waiting in line. Absolutely ridiculous. And it’s almost every time I come here.

Spent forty five minutes shopping, got to the register and the cashier would not and supposedly could not break a hundred. Didn’t even try or call for help. I will never return.

I found what I was looking for. the store is huge with a large selection of items.
the only real problem was checking out. there were 5 people in front of me and soon more people behind me in line. we only had one person checking us out. at some point, we had another Burlington employee come walking up to the check stand and did something behind the check stands and then left again. with roughly seven people in line, this was frustrating. they are obviously understaffed on a Saturday afternoon with the parking lot packed. You would think they would have more staff.
