they took off my favorite sandwich (pull pork) of the menu, now they have shredded beef instead and it taste awful so sad ?Never going back to Zupas.

I have been having several issues with your thanksgiving point location. Recently I placed a curbside order and they never put the extra rolls i ordered in my meal and there was hair in my soup! The next time I ordered curbside I had to go in to grab the order. They never hit any buttons saying it was done and my order was RIGHT NEXT to a bottle of cleaner. Not only that but the entire team was in the back corner talking amongst themselves and even looked at me but still didn’t come assist me. Not once has a curbside order been brought out to anyone at this store. I have contacted support through the app countless times just to be ignored and I’m to the point of never coming back again. I never received a refund for spoiled food/messed up orders. No one at this store is taking their job seriously and doesn’t seem to care to be there. Please, please, please fix this store and improve, otherwise there could be worse issues than with me. (angrier customers or lawsuits)

Was at woodbury MN on oct 25th. I ordered The strawberry fields salad. I got about 4 kernels of cheese which is ridiculous. If i wanted 4 more kernels of cheese, i had to pay 69 cents more. She was very nasty and told me it WAS the standard amt. I watched her along with my friend who was with me. So when i got in my car, i called the manager. Turns out the nasty women was the manager and WAS EVEN NASTIER this time around on the phone. No excuse for that. No apology. No nothing. No kindness. She is DEFINITELY NOT an asset to your company. I certainly would not allow her to run my company. I and my friends will NOT BE RETURNING AS WELL AS MY COLLEAGUES. So disgusted with treatment and will not tolerate that.

Their service has gone down hill so fast! We placed a to go order, showed up 10 minutes after the time we were told to pick it up only to wait for over 45 minutes and ending up cancelling the order.The workers have no sense of customer service. When asked the cashier about the status of our order, his response was "you'll have to call the number on you receipt" as he shrug his shoulders. I then proceeded to ask for a manager and he said I would have to go back in line to speak to him.The manager was very overwhelmed, he couldn't even speak and had no clue on how to lead a restaurant crew. He was hiding in the line instead of addressing the rest of the patrons that had been waiting as long (or longer) than me. So sad to see that Zupas won't invest in better training for their managers and crew.Mistakes happen and unforeseen things happen all the time, but it is how we address them that makes a difference and unfortunately that was not the case in our experience!P.S. I am still waiting to be refunded for our order. ($85.00)

On April 12, 2023 I downloaded the app to order my lunch. I ordered it at 930 in the morning to be ready at noon. I got there 10 minutes early and there was three people in front of me at pickup window. The lady at the register talked with the first two people and proceeded to ignore me. Finally at 1204 I went to another employee and asked if they were working on my order. She asked for my name and I told her. At 1211 I asked the same lady and she again asked for my name. Another customer said that they are swamped. I replied to the customer that my order was 11 mins late. People in line about 15 went through the line. It would have been faster to come into the store and order. The employee heard my complaint and went to the manager. The manager came and said that talking down to his employees will not be tolerated and he will blacklist the next guest who does it. I was not talking down to any employees, but I said yes sir and kept my mouth shut. I apologized to the other guests as his threat was applied to all. I finally got my food twenty mins late and thirty mins after I arrived. They didn’t even give me silverware in my to go lunch. My wife and I have coming here for years, but now we will not come again and I will be telling others about this experience. Thank you for making my 45th birthday a memorable one.

We just ordered 3 kids meals and each one of them had soup. The each of the soups were half-full. We’ve ordered this same order the last two years and have never had this happen. When I called to complain, the said that it was policy for it to be filled that. If that’s true and we’ve gotten lucky these last few years, that’s completely unacceptable. I received four tablespoons of soup in each cup and it was ice cold.

We love this place! The customer service has been great each time. The food is always fresh & yummy. We've never had an issue with order pick up & it's always been correct. Zupas has the best soup which really hits the spot on a cold winter day!

Had lunch on 12/15 and the staff were not trained well. A young man burnt a sandwich and threw it on the counter in frustration. When my sandwich came(turkey bacon avacado) I told this same person this isn’t my sandwich as there is no avacado. He said it fell off taking my sandwich to add avacado. The avacado on my sandwhich was disappointing, it consisted of 2 one inch pieces that had turned brown from sitting and the bacon wasn’t any bigger. My pumpkin soup was watery! I was so upset. I will never return

The absolute worst service, I have every recieveed in my life, Chip William the manager should be fired!!! I demand a phone call from the district manager. He made a derogatory comment to me as I was leaving, then denied it. I ordered curb side pick up. I followed the instructions and sat for 20 minutes while people came and went. My food was cold. No I am sorry for the misunderstanding, nothing just attitude. He refused to give me his bosses name, I will be calling corporate ASAP. HE WAS THE WORST.. NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!! #SkipTheLine

My experience was anything but satisfying! Last night I ordered a brisket sandwich without the cheese. Expecting an adult size sandwich. It was weightless and tiny, but big enough to fill up a five-year-old child. It had 1 tablespoon of shredded meat between the small bread . In one bite there were two bites of gristle. I also ordered a large Mediterranean salad. I watched the server scoop off the top layer of salad greens. It looked good but not fulfilling. It was more like a medium salad. Also the server kept pulling the half hard boiled egg out of the salad to show everyone around her that it had two egg yolks!I felt like my food was being played with and it was upsetting to watch. Then to get home and open the bag to find little contents to eat. The one good thing is that my son was OK with his combo. However I chose to give the salad and sandwich to my 98-year-old father WW11 combat veteran. I gave him my sandwich and did not eat. I’ve always taken good care of my family especially my elders instead of eating I’m writing a bad review. today they gave me the money back for the salad and the sandwich which I am grateful for. But that doesn’t excuse the problem I encountered. It took time, energy and gas to travel back across town to bring this to their attention. I travel a lot and I know a lot of people that I could have sent to this restaurant. I wish I could’ve been a better value to this business. Thank you
