I walk in at 410p, there are 2 people in line making orders. Still making orders, all I wants is Caeso and chips! She says , have to go thru the line...I go around the carousel and the other 2 still ordering go AGAIN to the cashier!!!She waits a full minute to ring me up until the next consumer finished their ordar!!! Even though my chips are sitting in front of her!!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I thought the airport Cafe Rio is bad......Interesting how you only respond to the POSITIVE REVIEWS?!?!?

It was slow when I walked in and ordered yet no one assisted me for a good 3 minutes....there was a girl on her phone and the other girl was doing pickup orders and two other people just sitting around. I was in a hurry and came to cafe rio cuz it was slower than usual according to Google. Took forever to get through the food line even though I was in front ....no one could be bothered to help me. When I was finally helped, the girl just put beans and rice in my salad with out asking what I wanted....I like cheese in the bottom so the tortilla doesn't get soggy....now I'm eating a soggy salad. I finally made it to checkout and I hadn't even paid when there was a review option on the receipt. The cashier said let me help you with this and you get a free drink. But I didn't get to leave any reviews she did it for me over the counter and 5 Star'd everything....which is why I'm leaving a review on Google. Turns out that wasn't even my receipt as I hadn't paid yet??♀️ , idk if the drink was free or not. But she spent so much time giving herself a good review customers piled up behind me. The whole thing was very unprofessional and I will not be going to this cafe rio again. Not a happy camper.

They forgot to add jalapeños to my nachos and then they forgot to add guac and sour cream to my quesadillas. So we had to drive back to get what we paid for. How hard is it to get the order right?Waited for my order again. Still no jalapeños on the nachos. We asked why, they were OUT of jalapeños. Why couldn’t they have said that or offered something else to replace it? Next time, I’ll go with Costa Vida, even if I have to drive a bit ways away.

Ordered online and only one item was correct. People who ordered beef got pork even though it was labeled pork. Lots of unhappy people. I called the store and I was on hold for 10 min before I gave up and hung up the phone. If I’m gonna pay that much, I wanna at least get what I asked for. I won’t be going back I don’t know how they managed to stay so busy this location sucks!

Mango lemonade is sweet but delicious ? I had a salad and Loved the vinaigrette dressing.

We have loved this location. However, the service and consistency of the food has hit bottom. The tortilla soup used to have plenty of pollo but this last visit we were served mostly broth, very few vegetables and short on the protein. Disappointing. The tortilla strips on the side were a little crumbled up pile. The Cilantro was sparse and shriveled up. The tortilla was old and hard. Again, Disappointing. Looking for an alternative franchise. Maybe the Draper location?

My order was messed up, delayed and wasn't done correctly. No apologies were offered. Food was ok. Employee attitude and competency were pretty bad. Won't be returning.

Fermented tomatoes in everything we ordered, no English, employees are taking liberties with the menu's ingredients. Putting Tajin on and in everything! Um, my allergies to Tajin almost killed me.

I ordered a children's quesadilla, im pregnant and my stomach is super nausiated and i was hoping it would sit well, the cheese wasn't melted I asked them if they could put ir through again to melt the cheese. She proceeded to use the tongs to give it to my bare hands and burn me. No apology, nothing. I only grabbed it from her because I assumed they wouldn't hand burning hot metal to a customer. Three fingers on my right hand are now burnt.Super disappointed and on top of that the cheese wasn't even melted. I'm pretty angry honestly. Do employees here not care about customer safety?

The burrito enchilada style was awesome. The pork was sweet and tender. I tried Mexican street corn, it was fabulous.

Even though Baja shrimp was the Saturday special, we had to wait awhile for our tacos because they weren’t prepared for the demand. We still LOVE Cafe Rio!Parking: It’s always easy!

Far too many people here at peak times. I feel bad for the overworked employees. They need to open a new location.Great food though!

Found a long black hair in my bowl.To add insult to injury, the sweet pork bowl I ordered was severely lacking in meat, and in the small amount of meat I did have, there was a full blood vessel in there.Cafe Rio has definitely gone downhill.
