I've had nothing but good experiences at this chase bank. I go between this one and the one on state street often and I get the same level of business at both locations.

Customer service is poor, and I’ve always had trouble opening a savings account. I had to go to the bank several times, and the staff didn’t have enough information and didn’t know how to solve the problem. I closed my account at this bank and will never go back.

I rarely leave reviews, and I almost never leave negative ones. However, my experience with the management and leadership at the Chase Sandy, Utah branch has left me no choice but to speak up.
I brought a coupon code to the branch 3 separate times! I corrected my Social Security Number, and opened a new checking account with the expectation of receiving the $300 bonus as advertised. After going through all the effort and setting up direct deposit, I was informed that I was ineligible for the promotion because I had a Chase account within the past two years.
This raises serious questions:
Why did Chase send me the coupon if I didn’t qualify?
Why didn’t the branch staff or management mention this restriction before opening the account?
Why was I only told after opening the account that the coupon wouldn’t be honored?
The entire process felt misleading and unprofessional. I wasted my time, effort, and trust in Chase due to the poor communication and oversight from this branch’s management.
If Chase truly values its customers, they need to address these types of issues and ensure their promotions are transparent and their staff better trained. I’m deeply disappointed and would not recommend this branch based on my experience.

Don't talk to Oscar B., (Assistant VP) he is rude, condescending, and flat out refused to help. Make the commute to a different branch because he is awful.

I had fraudulent charges on my account which I reported, did not hear anything back from the fraud department. Everything seemed to be squared away, even went to the extent of opening another account with chase. Then I was trying to move funds from one account to the other. Their system had an error so I tried to do the transfer several times.. now my account is restricted, and they refused to give me my money that I've worked for! I have called customer service probably over 20 times to try to retrieve my money, and I am being told I cannot have my money! Please be careful when banking here because they will take your hard-earned money without any explanation other than your account is being reviewed. If you want to not have access to your money randomly and not be able to pay your car payment or feed your kids bank here!

Oscar was fantastic & incredibly helpful! He worked through issues even after I had come in to open a business credit card, he responded to my phone calls & emails quickly, and was great to work with the entire time!

Fun had a really good time and afterwards I took a very long nap on the couch it was comfortable and I was slightly drunk.

Great bank, efficient and their credit card is great. They are excellent as protecting against fraud. I got my identity stolen, and someone hacked into my account and stole $500 from me, and chase was able to get all of my money back. Every bank should have this kind of protection and policy. This is what every bank should be 10/10

If I could give this branch a negative I could. There is only 1 person there that is friendly & helpful. All the rest are pathetic, unprofessional, outright rude too: they don't care about the Customers by any regards. Like today I told them I tried to call in to get help, but nobody picked up. What did the older lady say "well we are busy and then laughed". Seriously that is the comment you give to someone who needs help, you give sarcasm and then laugh in their face.

I just closed my Chase accounts and went to MACU because of THIS location. Used be a good location, now it’s painfully slow, even when you’re the only person in line. Tellers are rude and make up excuses not to do things that other Chase branches will happily do for you. Last straw was last week when I waited in line for 37 minutes, managed to get out through the ATM lane and went to the Chase on State street, drove past this same location on my way home, and recognized the car that had been in front of me... STILL WAITING IN LINE! Screw this location.

Slowest bank ever. Seriously. I advise you to find any other bank!! Get used to staring at the pole, it'll be your view for at a minimum of 10 minutes. The kicker is, they don't help people in order. And their hours are terrible.

Great customer service! The bank employees have been very professional and very friendly!
