We had a great experience this morning with this bank: we had a hard time getting a hold of a notary by calling around to various banks, so we decided to walk in to this bank and see if we might just get lucky. It turns out we did. We were able to get some complex and long documents notarized on a whim by their notary/manager, who was very polite and patient with us. We would absolutely come back here and are grateful that they were able to accommodate us on short notice.

Everyone at the branch is super friendly and hospitable. Emily was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the process as well as Josh. Very profesional yet also personable and fun, making for a great banking experience overall.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I take deposits for my company every single day. I usually go to the one in West Jordan because itās closer to where I work but occasionally I come to this location because itās closer to my house. The customer service is terrible, they literally just do not want to do their jobs. Iāve brought one deposit and they told me to put it in the night drop box, when I told them no I needed the receipt now they scuffed had an attitude and made me leave the drive through to go inside? One deposit takes less than 2 minutes. Do the job you get paid to do and lose the shitty attitudes. I avoid this place at all costs.

Chase Bank has reached a new low. Apart from the fact that they treat their customers like garbage. They now donāt even allow their customers to use their restroom. I wish people would wake up and realize that big banks like Chase and Wells Fargo are your worst options when it comes to personal banking. The only reason I have an account with chase bank is that I was offered a huge incentive to finance with them for a period of time.

I donāt like writing bad reviews. But itās very apparent that they do not prioritize costumer service. None of the employees that I have been helped by show any care and are quite unpleasant to talk to. Condescending tones and care less about your time. She said it took too long to take money out through the drive through ATM and told me to come inside next time. Yet when I got there, they took a few minutes just sitting there not doing anything nor helping anybody else. Sounds lazy

The bank is good, but I hate how most Chase locations donāt have a drive through ATM. I miss that coming from Mountain America CU where theyāre available both inside and outside. Also, these ATMās are SLOW when doing something as a simple cash deposit. It takes abnormally long for the ATM to āthinkā and process a PIN code or transaction. It gets awkward when thereās a line of impatient people in back of you waiting to use the ATM in that small space.

Looking at these reviews it looks like we allAre having the same experience. Bad customer service, unhelpful, and probably understaffed. Connie is the most unhelpful bank employee I have met.
